  • This product is designed for use in wood stud and solid concrete wall.
    • DO NOT install into drywall alone.
  • The wall must be capable of supporting five times the weight of the TV and mount combined.
  • Do not apply this product to any purpose not indicated by Supcline.
  • Incorrect installation may result in product damage or body injury.
    Supc line shall bear no responsibility for any damage or injury resulted from incorrect installation, incorrect assembly or misuse.

  • 1/2 in. (13mm) Socket Wrench

Wood Stud Install

  • Stud  Finder

  • Wood Drill Bit 7/32 in. (5.5mm)

Concrete Install

  • 3/8 in. (10mm) Masonry Drill Bit

  • Hammer

Step 1: Before Installation

Check the wall

Drywall with wood studs

Solid concrete or concrete block
CAUTION:
DO NOT install into pure drywall alone

Check your TV VESA pattern (Vesa=Horizontal x Vertical) Measure the four holes at the back of your TV.
Max.: 600mm( 23.62″)
Min.: 200mm(7.87″)

Please check the ports on the back of the TV to avoid potential clogging.

Step 2: Assemble the Brackets

  1. Select the right screws/washers/spacer rings according to the size and depth of the TV screw holes.

  2. Figure out the suitable screw combination according to your TV

  3. Attach the brackets

Step 3A: For Wood Stud Installation

3A-1 Assemble extension arms option
When wood studs spacing < 16″, do not need extension arms;
When 16″ < wood studs spacing < 24″, assemble the extension arms first.

  • Use a stud finder (not included) to locate wood studs. Mark the edge and center locations of the stud.
  • Position the mounting template at desired height and align the holes with the stud center line.

Level the template and mark the holes.

  • Drill four pilot holes.

  • Mount the wall panel using four sets of B tapping screws and C washers.

CAUTION: To avoid potential personal injury or property damage: All 4 tapping screws B MUST BE firmly tightened to prevent unwanted movement of the wall panel. To prevent the TV falling down, the BOLT HEAD must keep UP at this step!!

Step 3B: For Concrete/Brick Wall Installation

  • Position the mounting template at desired height, level it and mark the pilot holes.

  • Drill pilot holes. Make sure the depth is not less than 2.5″ Do not drill in the gap where two bricks join.

  • Make sure the anchors are inserted straight into the wall.

  • Mount the wall panel using four sets of B tapping screws and C washers.

Step 4: Hang the TV onto the Wall Panel

  1. Verify the firmness of the wall panel

  2. Face panel arms assembly
    Tighten the screws

    • Remove the four screws on face panel 7, and install the two face panel arms @, then tighten the four screws on both sides.
  3. Connect face panel with wall panel

  4. Hang up and adjust the TV

Step 5: Adjustments

  1. Tilt (+12°/-5°)
    Adjust the TV at your preferred angle and tighten the tilt bolts.

  2. Horizontal adjustment +3°
    Loosen the 2 bolts on the back of your TV and tighten them after finished adjustment.
