Precautions before installation

  1. Before installation and maintenance, please disconnect the power supply to prevent electric shock.
  2. Please make sure that the clothes dryer is completely cooled before installation.
  3. Please wear appropriate safety equipment, such as gloves, during installation and maintenance.
  4. Please do not change the heating element in any way.

Installation precautions

Depending on the model, it may be necessary to remove the cabinet of the clothes dryer to check and replace the heating element.Please refer to the user manual of your clothes dryer or refer to online resources for detailed instructions on heating elements.

  1. Disconnect the wires of the old heating element.(Take pictures or write down the wire connections to ensure correct reassembly. )
  2. Check the parts that need to be replaced, including coils, thermostat fuses, or the entire heater assembly.
  3. Searching for relevant installation videos on YouTube will help you make a better replacement.
  4. During the installation process, be sure to adjust the nickel-chromium wire of the heating element if it is bent to avoid contact with the metal housing of the dryer.

  2. Please use a soft and dry cloth to clean the heating element to remove accumulated dust or debris.
