Note: The power switch serves as a button for recording/saving. “ON” means power on/power display/record, “OFF” means power off/recording save. The wire controlled earphone allows you to play/pause, adjust volume, and switch between previous or next recording files.
Instructions
Charging
To charge the device:
- Ensure the device power switch is in the “OFF” position.
- Plug the USB cable (included) into the device’s Headphone jack/USB port/Charging hole.
- Connect the USB cable to a computer or power charger (not included) to initiate charging.
The recorder will flash red while charging and the blue light will remain on when fully charged. It takes approximately 1-1.5 hours to fully charge the device.
Note: Please use a power charger with a charging current of 1A to avoid damaging the device or causing any danger. The product does not come with a standard power charger.
Power Checking
To check the power supply:
- Do not plug in the earphones.
- Turn on the device.
- The red indicator light will stay on for 4 seconds, followed by blue light flashes.
- The number of blue light flashes indicates the power supply (4 flashes indicate full power, 1 flash indicates 25% power).
Record/Save Recording
Start Record:
- Without inserting the earphones, turn the power switch to the “ON” position.
- The red indicator light will turn on and then flash blue before turning off, indicating that recording has started.
Save Recording:
- Turn the power switch back to the “OFF” position.
- The recording will be automatically saved, and the device will shut down.
Note: During recording, you can plug in the earphones to save and listen to the current recording files directly.
Two Methods to Playing the Recording Files
Method 1: Record/Music Playing with Computer
- Connect the device to the computer using the USB cable.
- Open the VOICE disk on your computer.
- Find and open the folder named [folder name] and [subfolder name].
- You will see all recording files.
- Click on the recording file you want to play.
- Adjust your computer’s volume to hear the playback. (It is recommended to use the default multimedia player of the computer.)

Q: How long does it take to fully charge the device?
A: It takes approximately 1-1.5 hours to fully charge the device. -

Power switch: one button for recording/ saving. “ON” means power on/power
display/record, “OFF” power off/ recording save. Wire-controlled earphone:
play/ pause/ increase or decrease volume/ previous or next recording file.

Charging

First, please confirm the device power switch is on the “OFF” position. Then plug the USB cable (included) into the device’s Headphone jack/USB port/Charging hole, and then connect the computer or power charger (not included) to charge.

The recorder flashes red when charging, after fully charged, the blue light always on. About 1-1.5 hours to get fully charged.
Note: Please use the power charger with charging current ≦1A to charge, otherwise it may damage the device or cause danger (Our product does not come with a standard power charger). -
Power Checking
Don’t plug earphone to device, then turn on the device, the red indicator light stays for 4 seconds and then the blue light flashes. The number of flashes of the blue light represents the power supply (4 blue light flashes indicates full power, and 1 blue light flash indicates that the power is 25%.) -
Record/Save Recording

Start Record: Without inserting the earphone, turn the power switch to the “ON” position, the red indicator light on, then flashes blue and off. Recording starts.

Save Recording: Turn the power switch back to the “OFF” position to automatically save the recording and shut down.
Note: During recording, you can plug in the earphones to save and listen to the current recording files directly.
Two Methods to Playing the Recording Files

Record/Music Playing with Computer
Connect the device to the computer with USB cable, then open the VOICE disk, find and open the folder namedand , you will see all recording files, click the recording file you want to play, and open your computer volume. (Note: It is recommended to play the recording file with the default multimedia player of the computer.) -
Record/Music Playing with Headphones
Plug in the extension adapter cable to device, then connect the headphones. Turn the device power switch button to the “ON” position to play recording or music the files. Short press the “Play/Pause” button to switch between recording playing or music playing. -
Earphone Volume Adjustment / Track Switching
When playing Recording/Music, short press the “+” or “-” button to increase or decrease the volume. Long press the “+” or “-” button to switch between the next or previous files. -
Earphone Play/Pause
When playing Recording/Music, short press the “Play/Pause” button to enter pause mode (red and blue indicator light flash valternately). Press this button again into play mode.
Voice Control Recording & TXT Document Setting
When connecting the device to the computer, please exit the antivirus software on the computer first.

TXT Document settings
Connect the device to computer, find file “RECSET” settings shown as Image 2, open it you will see contents shown as below Image 3. You can set the Voice Control Recording Function, Bit Rate, Recording Volume on this TXT document. -
Turn on/off the Voice Control Recording
Under “power off” status, connect to the computer, write optional number “1-7” behind “VOR:” to turn on the Voice Operated Recording function. The larger number is, the more sensitive is. To write “0” behind “VOR:” which means turn off the Voice Control Recording Function. -
Bit Rate Setting
Write optional number “1-5” behind “BIT:” to set the bit rate “32K-384K”; “1” means 32K, “2” means 64K, “3” means 128K, “4” means 192K, “5” means 384K. -
Sensitivity Adjustment
1-7 adjustable recording sensitivity, the larger number is, the louder recording sound will be. -
Recording Segment Time Setting
Adjustable from 10 to 240 minutes, and you can set and divide the recording file according to your needs. Suitable for continuous recording over a long period of time.
Note:
These parameters can only be set on the computer, as shown in the image, the
parameters are factory default settings. After setting the TXT file, you must
choose to save. If you do not choose to save, the set TXT file is useless. If
you need format the device, please back this file, don’t delete it.
Two Methods to Set the Time Stamp(In Computer)
When connecting the device to the computer to set the time stamp, please exit the antivirus software on the computer first.
- To set the time stamp on “settime” folder
- Connect the device to a computer.
- Enter the disk.
- Find the folder name
shown as below Image 4, open the folder, you will see the SetTime document shown as Image 5. - Double-click SetTime, you will see SetUDiskTime shown as below Image 6. The newest time displays, check and then click SetTime button to save this setting.
- Time stamp setting successfully.
- To set the time stamp on “timeset” txt document
- Connect the device to a computer.
- Enter the disk.
- Find the “timeset” txt document shown as below Image 7.(4). Double-click to open “timeset” txt document, you will see information shown as below Image 8.
- Press the “F5” key on your computer keyboard, it will come out the newest date and day, then delete the old date and day “16:07 31/08/2020”, and save this txt document.
- Time stamp setting successfully.
Manage Recording Files
First, please confirm the device power switch is on the “OFF” position, after connecting the device to your computer’s USB interface with USB cable, you can move or copy your recording files to other places, and also can delete it. Just manage it likes your ordinary files.

Q1: Suddenly Unable to Record…

A2: Please backup the important files firstly. After connecting to the computer, click on my computer, find the mobile drive, right click the mouse, select Format, and then select Quick Format. Q3: No Response after Connecting to the Computer via the USB Cable…

Check whether the switch of the recorder is in the OFF state, be sure to be in the OFF state.

Check whether the original USB data cable is used, try to use the original USB data cable (very important)

Replace another computer USB interface, try to connect the computer rear USB Interface.

Q4: Can’t play recorded files when connected to a computer…

After connecting the adapter cable and earphones, turn on the device to check whether the recorder can play with headphones normally.

If the recorder can play with headphones normally, it indicates that there is a problem with the decoding of your computer player, and you need to re-install the player that supports WAV format decoding. Or you can set Windows Media Player as the default player.

If it can’t play with headphones, it is possible that you did not turn off the machine during the recording process, which caused the recording file to be damaged. You can connect it to the computer to delete all old recording files, re-record and repeat the above operation and check.
