Two Modes of Connection

• MODE 1: HDMI SPLITTER 1 IN 2 OUT
  • Connect 1 HDMI source to toggle between 2 displays, Please press the button to choose which TV or Monitor you want to watch. The LED Indicator will tell you which port is active. (PS:Does not support 2 displays at the same time.)
• MODE 2: HDMI SWITCH 2 IN 1 OUT
  • Connect 2 HDMI sources to 1 HDMI display. There is a button on top of the switch to choose which HDMI source you need to watch. The LED Indicator will tell you which port is active.
  • Note: To ensure stable video transmission and better performance, please connect the Type C Power Supply. (Type C Power Supply Cable included, Power adapter NOT included.)

Use Tips

1. If your HDMI Source Device (like XBox, PS5) supports 8K@60Hz/4K@120Hz, please use HDMI 2.1 cables to connect the 8/4K HDMI Source Device & HDMI switch & Display, since HDMI 2.0 cable or below isn’t enough to support the resolution of 8K (76804320)@60Hz or 4K(38402160)@120Hz.
2. If your HDMI cable is not HDMI cable 2.1, you could adjust the resolution on your 8K HDMI Source device to 4K(38402160)/2K(21601440)/1080P (1920*1080) to match the specification of your HDMI cable.
3. Do not connect HDMI cables that are too long. To ensure a high refresh rate of 8K@60Hz, and 4K@144Hz. 2K/1080P@240Hz), your input and output HDMI 8K cable should be within 6.6Ft. A shorter HDMI cable can make signal transmission more stable. (Fiber Optic HDMI Cable is not limited to the length.)

FAQs

• When two input devices are connected, if one of the devices is turned off, the other cannot display the signal.
  • For some devices, the HDMI switch may not work when only one input device is turned on due to power failure.  In this case, you must connect the Type C Power Supply Cable (Power adapter NOT included). If there is any problem, please contact us.
• Why does a black screen occasionally appear?
  • Please make sure that the HDMI cable you connect to the devices can be used normally, and we are recommended to use HDMI 2.1 Cable (No more than 2m).
• Why does my screen show no signal?
  • Please make sure that you are using a normal HDMI 2.1 cable and, all devices are turned on at the same time, then connect the HDMI cable. Suggest as short as possible HDM cords to reduce signal travel.
  • Maybe you can try to reduce your monitor resolution or refresh rates.
  • Change to another HDMI port and try to connect again.
  • If not, please contact us.
• Will this work for splitting two monitors from a single computer?
  • This product is a Bi-directional HDMI switch. It can work as a HDMI switch and a HDMI splitter. But, when it works as a splitter only one screen displays. It is split into two monitors, but these two monitors can not display at the same time.
