IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Please keep this manual in a safe place for reference.

  1. Read this entire manual before assembling and using the equipment. Safe and efficient use can only be achieved if the equipment is assembled, maintained and used properly. Ensure that all users of the equipment are informed.

  2. Before starting any exercise program, consult your doctor to determine if you have any physical or health conditions that could create a risk to your health and safety, or prevent you from using the equipment properly.
    Your doctor’s advice is essential if you are taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.

  3. Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can negatively affect your health. Discontinue exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, or feeling lightheaded, dizzy or nauseous. If you do experience any of these conditions you should consult your doctor before continuing with your exercise program.

  4. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only.

  5. Use the equipment on a firm, flat, level surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet. For safety, keep at least 24” (0.6m) on each side of the machine clear.

  6. Before using the equipment, ensure that the nuts, bolts, and parts such as the pedals are securely tightened.

  7. Maximum user weight limit: 275 lbs. (125 kg). Do not use if you are over this weight.

  8. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. This machine contains moving parts. Do not put fingers or other objects into moving parts of the exercise equipment.

  9. Do not operate this machine outdoors or in moist or wet locations. Keep the Pedals clean and dry.

  10. Make the Pedals stable before you step on them. Use caution when you step on and off the machine.

  11. Reduce the pace to slow the Pedals to a stop. Do not dismount the bike until the Pedals have come to a complete stop. Be aware that the moving Pedals can strike the backs of the legs.

  12. Keep batteries away from heat source and hot surfaces.

  13. The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.

  14. To avoid bodily injury and/or damage to the product or property, proper lifting and moving are required.

  15. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components while assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming from the equipment during exercise, discontinue use of the equipment immediately and do not use until the problem has been rectified.

  16. For safe storage of the machine,remove the batteries and fully push down the Resistance Adjustment Handle to secure the flywheel.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Before Assembly

Select the area where you are going to set up and operate your machine. For safe operation, the location must be on hard, level surface. Allow a workout area of a minimum 2.3 m x 1.8 m (90”x 69”).

  1. Turn the box upside down and open flaps.As shown in Figure l

  2. Keeping the flaps open, turn the box again so that the arrow on the box is pointing up. As shown in Figure ll.

  3. Pull the box up as shown in Figure lll.

Basic Assembly Tips

  • Read and understand the @nportant safety instructions before assembly.
  • Collect all the pieces necessary for each assembly step.
  • The assembly requires 2 people
  1. STEP 1 Attach Front & Rear Stabilizer (NO. 2 & NO. 3) to Main Frame (NO. 1) using 4 Pan Hexagon Socket Bolts (NO. 8), 4 Flat Washers (NO. 10) and 4 Spring Washers (NO. 11) as shown in the diagram. Make sure the bolts have been tightly fastened. Tighten with Allen Wren

  2. STEP 2 Let A connective Line from the Main Frame (NO. 1) through Adjustable Handlebar Tube (NO. 4) by tying L mini cable. Loosen and pull out Plum Screw Knob, insert Adjustable Handlebar Tube (NO. 4) into Main Frame (NO. 1) and adjust to desired height. Secure it in place by reinserting and tightening the Plum Screw Knob. Make sure the Plum Screw Knob engages the holes in the Adjustable Handlebar Tube (NO. 4).Be sure not to pinch the connective line.
    Connect A Connective Line from Main Frame with A Connective Line on Handlebar (NO. 5) and put the wires into Adjustable Handlebar Tube (NO. 4).
    Attach Handlebar (NO. 5) onto Adjustable Handlebar Tube (NO. 4) with 4 Pan Hexagon Socket Bolts (NO. 9) and 4 Spring Washers (NO. 11). Secure and tighten with Allen Wrench.
    NOTICE : Do not pull out A connective line with force while assembling.

  3. STEP 3 Use Spanner to remove 4 Screws on the back of Console (NO. 6), the Screws should be kept in good condition.
    Connect B Connective Line from Console (NO. 6) with B Connective Line on the Handlebar (NO. 5). Secure the Console (NO. 6) to Handlebar (NO. 5) using 4 Screws that were removed, tighten with Spanner.

  4. STEP 4 WARNING! Read instructions carefully as improper assembly may cause permanent damage to your bike. NOTE: The Pedals (NO. 7) are marked“L”and“R”for Left and Right.
    Connect the Left & Right Pedal (NO. 7) onto the Left & Right Crank.
    Left Pedal: Align the Left Pedal (NO. 7L)with the Left Crank at 90 degrees and gently insert the pedal into the crank arm. Turn the pedal counter-clockwise as tightly as you can with your hand. Secure with Spanner.
    Right Pedal: Align the Right Pedal (NO. 7R)with the Right Crank at 90 degrees and gently insert the pedal into the crank arm. Turn the pedal clockwise as tightly as you can with your hand. Secure with Spanner. The assembly is complete!

BATTERY INSTALLATION & REPLACEMENT

BATTERY INSTALLATION:

  1. Take out 2 AA batteries from the plastic bag.
  2. Press the buckle of Battery Cover on the back of Console (NO. 6), then remove the Battery Cover.
  3. Install 2 AA Batteries into the battery case on the back of the Console (NO. 54). Make sure the batteries are installed correctly and the polarities are correct.
  4. Press the buckle of Battery Cover, then put the Battery Cover to the back of Console (NO. 6).

BATTERY REPLACEMENT:

  1. When the display becomes dim or illegible, press the buckle of Battery Cover on the back of the Console (NO. 6), then remove the Battery Cover.
  2. Remove the 2 old AA batteries in the battery case and install 2 new AA batteries into the battery case on the back of the Console (NO. 6).
  3. Press the buckle of Battery Cover, then put the Battery Cover back to the back of the Console (NO. 6).

The installation is complete!

NOTE:

  • Always change both batteries at the same time. Do not mix battery types and do not mix old and new batteries.
  • Be sure to remove the batteries to prevent corrosion damage if you are not going to use the machine for an extended period of time.
  • Dispose batteries according to your state and regional guideline please do not throw it into fire or use as a toy for children.

ADJUSTMENTS & MOVEMENTS

ADJUSTING THE BALANCE

In order to achieve a smooth and comfortable ride, you must ensure that the bike is stable and secured. If you notice that the bike is unbalanced during use, you should adjust the Foot Pad located beneath the Front and Rear stabilizers. To do so, use Spanner to loosen Hexagon Nut by turning it clockwise. With the nut loosened, rotate the Foot Pad until it sits level with the surface that the bike is on when you have finished adjusting the Foot Pad, re-tighten the Hexagon Nut by turning it counter-clockwise to complete the balance adjustment of the bike. If needed, repeat this process to adjust the remaining foot pad.

ADJUSTING THE RESISTANCE & EMERGENCY STOP

Adjust the tension by raising the Resistance Adjustment Handle to decrease the level of resistance.
Press Resistance Adjustment Handle down to increase the level of resistance. Pushing down on the Resistance Adjustment Handle to the end to enforce the brake and stop the bike immediately.

NOTE: When the bike is not in use, be sure to lock the flywheel with the resistance adjustment handle to lock the flywheel push down the resistance Adjustment Handle to the end to prevent movement of the flywheel and pedals.

ADJUSTING THE SEAT CUSHION

The seat of this bike is fully adjustable as it moves Up, Down, Forward, Backward.
To adjust the height of Adjustable Seat Tube, loosen and pull the Adjustment Knob outward, then raise or lower the seat to the desired height. Once adjusted, re-insert and tighten the Adjustment Knob to secure the Adjustable Seat Tube in place.
To move the seat closer to, or away from the console, loosen the Plum Screw Knob. Slide the Seat to desired position and fully tighten the Plum Screw Knob.
NOTE : When adjusting, you will see height mark and a “STOP”mark on the Adjustable Seat Tube. The height mark is for reference only. Do not lift the tube above the“STOP”mark. Always check the Adjustment Knob and Plum Screw Knob to ensure that it is fully secured when you finish making an adjustment.

PEDAL STRAP ADJUSTMENT

  1. When you feel tight you can press the belt lock and pull the belt so you can loosen the strap.
  2. When you feel loose you can press the belt lock and pull it down so you can tighten the strap.

ADJUSTING THE HANDLEBAR

It is important that the handlebar and seat are both set to the correct height to your body. To adjust the handlebar height, loosen and pull the Plum Screw Knob outward, then slide the Adjustable Handlebar Tube up or down to the desired height. Once adjusted, re-insert and tighten the Plum Screw Knob to secure the handlebar in place.
NOTE : When adjusting, you will see number 1-7 and STOP mark. Set the Adjustable Handlebar Tube to correct height according to your body. Do not lift the tube passed the STOP mark.

MOVING THE BIKE

To move the bike first ensure that the handlebar ( NO.5) tighten the L-shaped adjustment handle to secure it. Next stand at the front of the bike firmly grasp and hold each side of the Handlebar(NO. 5), place one foot on the Front Stabilizer(No. 2), and tilt the bike towards you until the transportation wheels on the Front Stabilizer (No. 2) touch the ground. With the transportation wheels on the ground, you can transport the bike to the desired location with ease.

NOTE:

  • Always use caution when moving the bike.
    Unexpected impact, such as dropping the bike, may cause injury and affect bike operation.

  • Place the bike in a secure location away from children and pets.

CONSOLE

FUNCTION BUTTON

MODE:

Short press this button to changeover display or choose function :SCAN➔TIME➔SPEED➔DISTANCE➔CALORIES➔ RPM➔ LEVEL.
Hold it for 3 seconds to reset all the values, starting from 0.

FUNCTIONS

SCAN : When in scan mode, the figures of each item is displayed circularly, and each item is displayed for 6 seconds.
Display order : TIME→SPEED→DISTANCE→CALORIES→RPM→LEVEL.
TIME : Count the time from exercise start to the end. When the exercise pauses, TIME will stop.
SPEED : Displays the current speed being obtained.
DISTANCE : Counts the total distance of an exercise from start to finish.
CALORIES : Counts the total number of calories burned during an exercise from start to finish. (The data is a rough guide which can not be used in medical treatment.)
RPM : Displays the average number of pedals per minute.
LEVEL : Displays the current level of resistance.
SLEEP MODE :Without any signal of exercise or operation for 1 minute, the power will automatically shut off. Meter will power on when you press button or when you start to pedal.

EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS

Using the indoor bike can not only enhance physical fitness and exercise muscle, but also play a role in weight loss through a reasonable diet.

STRETCHING

No matter how fast you go you should stretch first. Warm muscles are easier to stretch, so warm up for S-10 minutes first. Then stop and stretch as follows – five times for 10 seconds or more on each leg, and do it again at the end of the workout.

  1. Stretch down
    With your knees slightly bent. Lean forward slowly and letting your back and shoulders relax. Let your hands touch your toes as much as possible. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds, then relax.Repeat 3 times (see Figure 1).

  2. Hamstring stretch
    Sit on a clean seat cushion and straighten one leg. Pull the other leg in so that it clings to the inside of the extended leg. Try to touch your toes with your hands.Hold for 10 to 15 seconds, then relax. Repeat each leg 3 times (see Figure 2).

  3. Calf and heel tendon stretch
    Stand with your hands on a wall and put one leg behind. Keep your hind legs upright and landing on your heels and leaning toward a wall.Hold for 10 to 15 seconds, then relax. Repeat each leg 3 times (see Figure 3).

  4. Quadriceps stretch
    Balance with your left hand on a wall or table, then extend your right hand backward. Grab your right ankle and slowly pull toward your hip until you feel the muscles in the front of your thigh.Hold for 10 to 15 seconds, then relax. Repeat each leg 3 times (see Figure 4).

  5. Inner thigh stretch
    Sit with your feet facing each other, knees facing out. Grab your feet with both hands and pull toward the groin. Hold for 10 to 15 seconds, then relax.Repeat 3 times (see Figure 5).

WARRANTY

  1. Warranty
    The product in the correct maintenance of the case, the normal use of non- human damage.
    The warranty card is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

  2. The warranty period is one year since the date of purchase.

  3. The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

  4. Damage caused by abuse, negligence, accident or unauthorized modification;

  5. Damage caused by improper use and maintenance;

  6. Other irregularities and resulting damage.
