Overview
Power ON
Hear the prompt sound “power on”, the blue light is on for 1 second.
Power OFF
Hear the prompt sound “power off”, the red light turns on for 1 second and then turns off.
Bluetooth Pairing
The light flashes red and blue alternately, select “G11″ on the connected device.
After the prompt sound “connected”, the pairing is successful and the blue light will flash once every 10 seconds.
Bluetooth Reconnection
If there is a connection record, in the off state, press and hold for 5 seconds
to enter pairing, you may hear a prompt sound “connected”, the connection is
successful and the blue light will flash every 10 seconds.
Note: When you disconnect the current device or the headset is out of the
transmission range, the headset will automatically enter into the reconnection
mode, and a prompt sound “disconnected, pairing” will be heard.
Connection Methods

Standard Bluetooth (Default mode at first boot)
Fast press the MFB button 3 times, the headset will switch to Standard Bluetooth mode, you will hear a prompt sound “Bluetooth mode”.
Press and hold the MFB button button for 5 seconds for the first time, search for the Bluetooth device name “G11″, select the connection and complete the pairing, you will hear a prompt sound “connected”.

Fast Speed Bluetooth
Fast press the MFB button button 3 times, the headset will switch to Fast Speed Bluetooth mode, you will hear a prompt sound “dongle mode”.
Insert the Bluetooth transmitter into the device, and the device will automatically connect successfully, you will hear a prompt sound “connected”.
Notice:
- The pictures in this manual are schematic diagrams, and due to technology and system upgrades, the marked information and parameters may deviate from the real objects, please refer to the real objects.
- The headset and the transmitter are bound one-to-one at the factory. Please keep it properly.
Battery Low Indicator
When the voltage is too low, the headset will automatically shut down, the red LED light will be on for 1 second and then turn off,and you will hear a prompt sound “power off”.
Headphone Charging
Ensure the headset is power off before charging.
When fully charged, unplug the USB cable and press the power button to turn on
the headset.
Use the Microphone
Adjust the microphone until it is parallel to your mouth. Make sure the
microphone diaphragm is in front and the air vent is facing away from your
mouth.
Note: The microphone is turned on by default.
Low Latency Game Mode
The headset is booted into game mode, ultra-low latency, crystal clear sound.
Wired Connection
To use the headset in wired mode:
- Connect the 3.5mm headphone cable to the headphone jack of the headphone.
- Insert the 3.5mm headphone cable into the 3.5mm port of the device being used.
Play the Music
Call Operation
Volume Control
Microphone ON/OFF
Press the M button, the light will turn off and you will hear a prompt sound
“microphone off”.
Note: the microphone is on by default.
Colorful Lights
Note: The LED lights are on by default, and the lights of left and right sides are synchronized.

Kind Tips
Before using the device, please read the instructions carefully and comply
with the following cautions.
- When using for the first time, please fully charge the headset first.
- If you don’t use the headset for a long time, be sure to store it in a dry place away from extreme temperature conditions and dust, and make sure to charge it once a month.
- If the mobile phone cannot pair with the Bluetooth headset, please confirm whether the Bluetooth headset is in “pairing mode”.
If it has not been paired or connected for a long time, the Bluetooth headset pairing function will be turned off. Please turn on the Bluetooth headset again to “pairing mode”.
If there is an error in the Bluetooth headset program, please restart the Bluetooth headset or do the factory reset as instruction above; if the mobile phone program is wrong, please restart the phone.
Maintaining Your Headsets
- Do not expose the headset to liquids, moisture or humidity as it is not waterproof.
- Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning agents to clean the device or its accessories. Wipe the device or its accessories with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
- Do not expose the headset to extreme temperatures. The best storage temperature range is 0°C-45°C/32℉-113℉, otherwise it will affect the service life of the headsets.
- Do not put the headset in a fire as this may cause an explosion.
- Do not allow your headset to touch sharp objects, as this can cause scratches and damage.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the headset as it contains no serviceable components.
Safety Information
- When you use the headset to listen to the music or calls, it is recommended to use the minimum sound level required to avoid hearing damage. Using the headset at high volume for extended periods of time may cause permanent hearing damage.
- Please do not increase the volume for noise isolation. Before wearing the headset, turn the volume down to the lowest level, then slowly raise it to an appropriate and safe level.
- If you experiencing ringing in your ears after listening with the headset, it means the volume is too high.
- Check your local laws regarding the use of cell phones and headphones while driving. If you use the headset while driving, ensure your attention and focus remains on the road and you drive in a responsible and safe manner.
- If you are using headset during activities that require concentration, take care for your own safety and the safety of others, such as when walking on the streets, construction sites and railways, remove the headset or adjust the volume so that you can hear to surrounding sounds, including alarms and warning signs.
- In order to avoid danger caused by accidental swallowing, keep the headsets and its accessories away from children and pets.
- Do not place sharp metal objects such as pins near the earpiece or speaker of the device, so as not to adhere to the metal objects and cause injury to you.
- Do not use the device in thunderstorm weather, thunderstorm may cause the device to work abnormally and increase the risk of electric shock.
- Pay attention to all signs requiring electrical equipment or RF radio products to be turned off in designated areas. These may include hospitals, blast areas and potentially explosive environments.
- Do not install or store the headset in any air bag deployment area as serious injury may result when the air bag deploys.
- Improper reassembly may result in electric shock during subsequent use of the headset.
- Avoid charging the headset in extreme temperature conditions.
- Do not open or damage the built-in battery.
Environmental Protection
- Do not dispose of this device and its accessories as normal household waste.
- Dispose of this device in accordance with local regulations and support recycling.

These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
