How to use

① Assemble and wear the product
Slide the body of the product together until it clicks into the rail. Push and secure the elastic band to the rail connection. Pull the band so that it sticks slightly to the wrist and wear it around the wrist. If it is too tight or loose, bio-signal sensor measurement errors such as body temperature, pulse rate, and oxygen saturation may occur, so wear it to ensure proper adhesion.

② Power on
Press and hold the button on the body for 5 seconds. The green LED flashes twice and then flashes. The green LED flashes every 10 seconds. If the power is off, the red LED flashes twice.

③ Download an App “Self-quarantine person” & Connection the band
Download the application “Self-quarantine person” from Store(APP store or Google Store) and install it on your smartphone.
Check it the Bluetooth functions are enabled before connecting.

Charging

– If the battery is less than 10%, the LED flashes red 2 seconds apart.
– If the battery is less than 5%, the device is powered off.
– To charge the device, remove the body from the rail and connect the USB-C type charger to the right port of the cradle. The red LED will flash during charging and the green LED will flash when charging is 100% completely.

LED Status by event

[Power On]: Green LED flashing twice
[Power Off]: Red LED flashing twice
[Charging]: Red LED flashing continuously
[Fully charged]: Green LED flashing continuously
[Measuring]: Blue LED flashing repeatedly
[Standby]: Green LED flashing repeatedly every 10 sec
[Discharge]: Red LED flashing repeatedly every 2 sec

Check list and action in case of product malfunction

– If the LED does not flash green every 10 seconds, connect to the charger and re-charge the product body battery before using it. It takes about 3 hours to fully charge.
– If the power is suddenly turned off or the smartphone app is not connected, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to check that the green LED flashes twice. If the red LED flashes twice, it turns off. Please turn on the power again.
– If the LED on the PPG pulse wave sensor does not work, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds (twice red LED), then press and turn on the power for 5 seconds (twice green LED)

Precautions

  • This product is not a medical device and is not used for medical purposes such as diagnosing, treating, treating, or preventing diseases.
  • When wearing the product, please wear it as close as possible to the wrist so that the sensor can measure it accurately.
  • This product can be waterproof in daily life, but if you soak it in water or drop it in, it may cause problems with the function.
  • Obstacles such as walls and doors can cause unstable connections. Please check the presence or absence and the distance between the smartphone and the product.
  • If you have abnormal symptoms or side effects such as red spots, swelling, or itching on your skin when wearing the product, consult a specialist immediately.
  • Please refrain from using it in areas with wounds.
  • When storing the product, please store it away from direct sunlight.
  • Any attempt to dismantle or detach the product may cause malfunction.

FAQ

Q: What should I do if the LED does not flash green every 10 seconds?

 A: Connect the device to the charger and recharge the battery before using it. It takes about 3 hours to fully charge.

Q: How do I turn on the device if the power is suddenly turned off or the smartphone app is not connected?

 A: Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to check if the green LED flashes twice. If the red LED flashes twice, the device is turned off. Please turn on the power again.
