Make sure you use the same scale and measuring tape for both the before and after weights
DAYS 1-7
MORNING (upon awakening)
- One scoop of NUPROTEIN in 8-12oz of water or milk preference.
- One scoop of NUCLEANSE in 8-12oz water or juice.
- Two NUBURN capsules.
- Eight drops of NUTHYRO in any of the above liquids.
MID-MORNING
- Vegetable snacks like celery, cucumber, zucchini, or raw almonds.
- Drink at least 6oz of H20.
LUNCH
- One scoop of NUPROTEIN in 8-12oz of water or milk preference.
- Two NUBURN capsules.
MID-AFTERNOON
- Vegetable snacks like celery, cucumber, zucchini, or raw almonds.
- Drink at least 6oz of H20
DINNER
- Eat a 400 – 600 calorie meal.

BEDTIME

Days 1-28
THROUGHOUT EACH DAY
Try to be a little more active and moving. It’s preferable not just to be sedentary.
EXERCISE
Walk a minimum of 20 minutes each day. You can also do whatever other type of
exercise you like to do, just make sure it is for at least 20 minutes a day.
The important thing is to get your circulation going which helps boost your
metabolism.
NOTE
If you have trouble going without a meal, it’s okay to have one. If you want
to change the meal from dinner to breakfast or lunch, then it’s ok.
