Installation

1. Connect the power cord with the power board.

2. Connect the pump tube and the water pump.
   

3. Fill the tank with water below the maximum water level.
   

4. Put the filter mesh on the tank firstly, and then the top tray.
   

5. Place the tank on power board. Now it’s ready for work!
   

6. TIPS : Press LED Button to change the water mode or light mode (Green/Colorful /No led) during using.

Note:

1. The default setting is continuous water outflow.
2. Switch the LED color by pressing the button once.
3. Switch the mode between continuous and intermittent by pressing twice.
4. Turn off by long press.

Cleaning

Clean the Water Fountain

• Each part is washable except the wireless power board.
  

Clean the Water Pump

1. Take out the water pump and pull out the drainage tube.
2. Take out the pump sponge.
3. Open the water pump filter box along the gap.
4. Remove the water pump impeller cover.
5. Remove the water pump impeller with a small tool.
6. Clean each part carefully.
   

Trouble Shooting

A: Blinking red.

1. Ensure correct position of water pump in the groove of the water tank.

2. Ensure no foreign objects between the bottom of water pump and the tank, or between the tank and wireless charging base.

3. Check the tank for sufficient water.

4. Make sure to use a proper adapter (5V/1A).

B: Solid green, but water flow stops.

1. Ensure the pump impeller is unblocked.
2. Check the tank for sufficient water.

C: Off indicator light, and water flow stops.

1. Ensure power connections.
2. Long press to restart the light indicator.

D: Less water outflow from the pump.

1. Ensure proper installation of the water tank.
2. Open and clean the blockage of the water pump and change the pump sponge.

E: Noise from the water pump.

1. Ensure proper installation of the water tank.
2. Check the tank for sufficient water.
3. Open and clean the blockage of the water pump and change the pump sponge.

Safety Prompts

• Recommended for pets over 3 months.
• Don’t touch the device with wet hands.
• Recommended for indoor use. Don’t place it in humid environments (outdoors, bathrooms, etc.). Avoid direct sunlight, humidity and fire sources.
• Use the original power adapter to ensure that the fountain is in good condition and functioning normally. Do not use the damaged power cord or plug.
• Hold the adapter to unplug the power supply, do not drag the power cord. Use the rated safe, low voltage adapter that meets this device (5V/1A).
• Don’t immerse the wireless charging base in water or any other liquids, after the base is dipped in water, please dry the surface before continuing to use.
• Don’t use hot water above 60° in the tank.
• Use the fountain against a wall in case pets knock it down
• To operate the water fountain, children must be monitored by adults.
• Stop using it once the equipment does not work properly due to dropping, hitting, damage, external placement or water ingress to the device.
• In case of losing al l warranty and service rights, don’t disassemble or repair this equipment.
