Safety Instructions

The term”machine”appears in the manual refers to the devices controled by
wireless remote control.

Application
• Wireless remote control are used to control machines.Occu pational safety and accident prevention must be noticed.
• Read the manual and follow all safety information when use.
• Wireless remote control is prohibited to beused in explosion -hazardous areas and the transmission of human, unless expressly authorized by the manufacturer.
• Program change must be made by CBR authorized and trainedperson. Changes must be documentated in the company.
• It is prohibited to modify, remove, or bypass the safety devices in the wireless remote control system. It is absolutely prohibited to make changes to any part of the entire emergency stop part. -
Notice
• Regularly inspect the casing and buttons, replace immediately if damaged.
• Always notice and check the transmitter voltage. please replace the battery immediately while insufficent or no power Check whether EMS button working properly before use.
• The emergency stop button must be pressed immediately when any abnormal status occurs
• The EMS button should be pressed when not temeporarily used or operation complete
• Do not use two (or more) transmitters simultaneously operate the same device. -
Safety Instruction
• Only electricians can connect the power wiring of the receive system. Please connect according to the wiring diagram.
• The receiver can only be opened by trained operator,lntemal live parts may have life-threatening high voltage. Power must be cut off before opening.
• No one is allowed to enter hazardous areas such as under the load of the crane to prevent personal injury accidents.
• Select a safe place has a good view of machine movement, load movement, and surrounding working environment conditions for operation.
• Please do not place open remote control launch system in unattended locations. When remote operation is not required, press the emergency stop switch of the launch system to tum off the launch system, especially when the operation location needs to be changed, when the remote control system is not needed, and after rest and work is completed.
• Effectively manage the remote launch system to prevent unauthorized use, e.g., lock the launch system. In case of an emergency or crane and the malfunctioning of the machine, please immediately press the abrupt stop switch on the launch system.
• Only operate the remote control system in normal working order, and any malfunctions or defects that affect safety must be eliminated by CBR’s trained and authorized personnel before reuse.
• Please note that the direction of operation of the machine may sometimes be reversed depending on the location of operation and the Angle of view of the machine, especially for the operation of the rotary crane, if the operator’s position changes from the inside of the crane to the outside radius of the crane, the operator must familiarize himself with the directional sign on the machine before starting his work.
• Wireless remote control system maintenance must be done by CBR, training of professionals authorized to complete. Please use the original parts for replacement and maintenance, otherwise the safety of the remote control system may not be guaranteed, and you cannot enjoy the subsequent warranty service.
• Before using the wireless remote control system should be familiar with its function, please be vigilant when working, it especially suitable for the first time or occasionally in the use of remote control system.
• Every time before start working, please check the status of a urgent stop switch, when urgent stop switch is pressed start launch system, the wireless signal status leds will flash a red light, MA TE version of the OLED display screen and display system of the mark of sleep patterns. If not, remove the battery from the launcher immediately to tum off the wireless remote control system and contact the Remote Control System Service engineer.

Transmitter installation
• Batteries Installation:
Please check the battery power to avoid being unable to use;
Pay attention to the direction of the battery during installation and ensure reliable installation of the battery; When not using the transmitter for a period, open the battery compartment and remove the battery.

The transmitter should be placed in a safe and prominent place to avoid falling and damaging -
Transmitter Start
Properly place 4 AA new alkaline batteries or full specialized rechargeable lithium batteries into the battery compartment, cover the back cover, and tighten the screws.
• HT-CU Series:
Pull out the emergency stop switch (EMS) of the transmitter.
Press and hold “F1/stars 1” and “F2/stars 2” simultaneously for 3 seconds until the status LED indicator light remains on for 2 seconds or the OLED information screen shows successful startup, and then release it immediately to start normally.

Red Light fast flas| Lack of battery power may lead to normal boot and use|
Duusreing the operation of the transmitter, the battery status indicator light
will slowly flash if batte capaicity is low, indicate to replace the battery
as soon as possible.

start, the emergency stop button is activated, and wireless communication is
not established.
