How to improve the exercise effects
Like muscle exercise, aerobic exercise also needs more blood flow and higher heart rate, which will improve the function of cardiovascular system. Heart rate is generally judged by your pulse reading, and it is safe and effective if your pulse is below the maximum training target level. The training target area is called between 87% and 72% of the maximum heart rate, and the training target should be gradually improved by making a training plan, at least 3-4 times a week, each time for 15-20 minutes.
The accurate method to measure heart rate is to press your fingers on the carotid artery or wrist artery between trachea and big neck muscle on the side of neck, count the number of beats every 10 seconds, and multiply it by 6, that is, the number of beats per minute. The electronic watch of this machine has hand-held heart rate display function, which can be used for reference during training.
Don’t try to exercise beyond the target heart rat e, you must step by step; If there is a medical history, it must be carried out under the guidance of a doctor; When you are over 35-40 years o Id and do not have normal training, we advise you not to go beyond the doctor’s warning. It is important to keep in mind that there are several minutes to warm up and cool down (Figure B below).
