Product Usage Instructions

Power On/Off

  1. In the OFF state, press and hold the volume+ button for 3 seconds.
  2. The white LED indicator will flash, and a voice prompt will say “Power On”.

To power off the headphone, follow these steps:

  1. In the ON state, press and hold the volume- button for 7 seconds.
  2. The white LED indicator will flash briefly, and a voice prompt will say “Power Off”.

Bluetooth Pairing

To connect to a device via Bluetooth, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure the headphone is in the powered-off state.
  2. Press and hold the volume+ button for 3 seconds.
  3. The headphones will power on and enter pairing mode.
  4. The white LED indicator will rapidly flash, and the headphone will give a pairing prompt.
  5. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), search for available Bluetooth devices and select “A7”.
  6. The headphones will establish the Bluetooth connection.

Playback Control

To control playback while connected via Bluetooth:

  • To pause/play: Single click the volume+ button.
  • To activate Siri/Voice Assistant: Double-click the volume+ button.

Call Functions

To answer/end a call:

  • To answer: Single click the volume+ button.
  • To reject: Press and hold the volume+ button for 2 seconds.
  • To end: Single click the volume+ button during a call.

Mute Mode and Internal Mic Mode

To activate mute mode during a call:

  • Remove the mic stem while on a call.

To temporarily switch to an internal microphone:

  • After removing the mic stem, double-click the volume- button to activate the internal mic mode.
  • This will switch to the internal microphone for voice transmission.

Game Mode (Dongle Mode)

To enter game mode:

  • Insert the dongle (PC/phone) into the appropriate port.
  • The headphones will automatically connect to the dongle and enter the game mode.

Charging

  • Use the magnetic charging cable.
  • Bring the charging end of the cable close to the charging position on the headphones.
  • The cable will automatically magnetically attach and start charging.
  • During charging, the white LED indicator will be on.
  • When charging is complete, the LED indicator will turn off.

FAQ

How do I clear pairing information?

  • In pairing mode, press and hold the volume- button for 8 seconds.
  • The white LED will be on for 1 second, and then the headphones will enter pairing mode again.

Can I use the headphones with OPPO or VIVO devices?

  • Yes, the headphones are compatible with OPPO and VIVO devices. Simply connect the appropriate dongle (PC/phone) and follow the instructions.

Control Instructions

  • Power On: When the headphone is OFF, press and hold the volume+ button for 3 seconds to power on. The white LED indicator will flash, accompanied by a voice prompt saying “Power On.
  • Power Off: When the headphones are ON, press and hold the Volume – button for 7 seconds to power off. The white LED indicator will flash briefly to power off, accompanied by a voice prompt saying “Power Off
  • Connect BT: In the powered-off state, press and hold the volume + button for 3 seconds.
  • The headphones will power on and automatically enter pairing mode. The white LED indicator will rapidly flash, and the headphone will give a pairing prompt.
  • Search on your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) and select “A7” to establish the Bluetooth connection.
  • Connected successfully: When the headphone is successfully connected to the device, a white LED will flash every 5 seconds with reminding tone: Connected;
  • Pause/Play: While connected via Bluetooth and in music playback mode, a single click on the volume + button will pause the playback, and another single click will resume playback.
  • Voice Assistant/Siri: While connected via Bluetooth, double-click the volume + button to enter the voice mode/Siri, and double-click again to exit.
  • Answer/End Call: When there is an incoming call, single click on the volume button to answer the call, or press and hold the volume + button for 2 seconds to reject the call.
  • During a call, single click on the volume + button to end the call.
  • Mute Mode (Remove Mic   Stem): During a call with the mic stem attached, removing the mic stem will automatically activate the mute mode. Reattaching the mic stem will automatically switch back to mic mode.
  • Enable Internal Mic Mode: After removing the mic stem, if you need to temporarily use the internal microphone, double-click the volume – button to activate the internal mic mode and switch to the internal mic for voice transmission. Reattaching the mic stem will automatically switch back to the mic stem mode.
  • Game Mode (Dongle) Mode: Insert the dongle (PC/phone) and it will automatically connect to the headphone, and enter the game mode.
  • Clear Pairing Information: In pairing mode, press and hold the volume – button for 8 seconds to clear the pairing information. The white LED will be ON for 1 second, and then enter pairing mode again.
  • Charging: When using the magnetic charging cable, bring the charging end of the cable close to the charging position on the headphone. It will automatically magnetically attach and start charging. During charging, the white LED indicator will be on. When charging is complete, the LED indicator will be off.

How to wear

  • Hang the headphone behind your neck with both speakers clinging to your cheekbones.
  • After that, adjust it until you feel comfortable.
