Product Usage Instructions

Power on/off
Press the power/lock screen button for 3 seconds to turn on the player. The power indicator light will be on. To turn off the player, press the button for 3 seconds until the shutdown logo is displayed and the indicator light goes off. If the system becomes unresponsive, you can reset the device by pressing and holding the power button/lock screen button for a long time. -
Lock screen
In the power-on state, press the power button for 1 second to lock the screen. To unlock, quickly press the power/lock screen button in the locked screen state. Alternatively, you can set a different button in the system settings to unlock. -
System reset
If there is an abnormal situation such as the system not responding, you can perform a system reset. Press and hold the power/lock screen button for 10 seconds until the indicator light goes out. Then, restart the player. -
Power Indicator Light
The power indicator light turns on when the player is powered on and goes off when it is powered off. -
SPDIF output
When playing music without earphones plugged in, the player defaults to SPDIF output. To connect to a decoding device, a dedicated USB-C adapter cable is required. -
Insert and remove TF card
To insert a TF card, push it into the card slot until it locks automatically. To remove the TF card, push it inward to the end and let go. The TF card will pop out automatically. It is recommended to use high-speed TF cards (CLASS 10 and above) for smooth music playback. -

Note: During the scanning process, do not press any button, as it may interrupt the process. -
Playing interface
The playback interface displays various information such as the song name, playback mode, playback pause, music format, song duration, elapsed time, song progress bar, previous and next song, album picture and lyrics display, Bluetooth status, time display, headphone device display, gain, power, and more. -
Playlist
The playlist shows all songs and folders stored after scanning. Click on a song name in the list to play or pause the song.

Instruction

Power on/off
Press the power/lock screen button for 3 seconds, the player will turn on, and the light of the power indicator will be on; in the power-on state, after pressing the button for 3 seconds, the player will display the shutdown logo, and the indicator light will be off when the player is turned off.
Note: in case the system stucks due to a failure, please reset the device by pressing the power button/lock screen button for a long time. -
Lock screen
In the power-on state, press the power button for 1 second to lock the screen; quickly press the power/lock screen button in the locked screen state to unlock, or you can set a different button in the system settings to unlock. -
S ystem reset
If there is an abnormal situation such as the system not responding during the use of the player, it can be restarted by system reset, press and hold the power/lock screen button for 10 seconds until the indicator light goes out, and then restart the player. -
Power Indicator Light
Light up when powered on and go out when powered off.
Charging
- Charging through the adapter: Connect the adapter to the power supply for charging, It can be fully charged in about 3 hours under normal conditions. (Please use 5V2A or above qualified power adapters)
- When using the PC USB interface to charge, please be informed that the current provided by the USB of the PC is generally lower than 500mA, so it will take longer time for the battery to be fully charged.
- If the player is not used for a long time, please charge it every 3 months. Note: During the charging process, normally the charger and the player will heat up to a certain extent.
SPDIF output
When playing music and no earphones are plugged in, the player defaults to
SPDIF output, and a dedicated USB-C adapter cable is required to connect to
the corresponding decoding device.
Insert and remove TF card
Insert the TF card into its card slot, and the card holder will automatically
lock the TF card. When pulling out, push the TF card inward to the end and let
go, the TF card will pop out automatically.
Note: It is recommended to use CLASS 10 and above high-speed TF card as
much as possible to ensure the fluency of music appreciation.
Player Menu/Interface
- The main interface is shown in the picture above, you can set your favorite style in the theme style set by the system;
- The main interface is divided into 8 main functions: scan songs(update database), playlists, my music, folder, e-books, Bluetooth settings, playback settings, and system settings;
Song scan
When the playlist update, or song changes, please make song scan, otherwise, the previous information will still be stored in the list, which may result in not finding the update information.
Please Note: During the scanning process, do not press button, or the process will be discontinued.
Playing interface
The playback interface displays the song name, playback mode, playback pause, music format, song duration, elapsed time, song progress bar, previous and next song, album picture and lyrics display, bluetooth status, time display, headphone device display, gain, power and other information.

Play mode : Click the icon to play sequentially or randomly, and you can also select it in the playback mode of the playback settings. Favorites: Click the star of the favorite logo on the playback interface to turn yellow, and the song will be automatically added to the playlist.

Song play : In addition to playing pause and going up and down, you can also slide the progress bar during playback or press the
up/down button to fast forward and rewind; click the album picture to display the lyrics of the song, and the song without lyrics won’t show. -
More : Click to open and you will be prompted to return to the playlist, add to the playlist, view song information, adjust the EQ equalizer, view the list of albums and delete and edit songs;

Playlist

This list mainly shows all songs and folders stored after scanning. All Display the list of all songs scanned into the memory card by the player. Click the song name in the list to play and pause the song;

Click behind the song name, you can add the song to the playlist, delete, view songs and other information. Slide your finger up and down on the right side of the screen, there will be a quick search bar for English alphabet songs, select the first letter of the song name, you can find quickly the song you’re looking for.

Click on the left, to return to the main interface; you can also use finger directly to the right to return to the main interface; click on the right side of the all menu, you can edit all the song files in batch; also you can add songs to the song list by single or multiple selection, delete songs, etc.

Add to playlist: When adding a song to the playlist, you can add the song to the new playlist or my favorite folder.

Create new playlist, please enter the name by keyboard input , for English only.

Delete songs : Delete songs, remove or undelete.

You can edit songs to add playlists, delete and view song information in All song list, such as All, Recently Played, Albums, Artists, and Genres.

My playlist : The playlist here is all the playlists created by myself, and when playing music, the favorite music is added to the song list of the playlist, as well as the operation of exporting and importing the playlist, click behind the playlist , you can import, export and delete operations for the corresponding song list.

Recently Played : The most recently played songs are displayed in this list. Recently added: songs recently added to My Favorites and My Song List; click “My Favorites”, “My Song

List”, “Recently Played” and “Recently Added”, you can add to song list or delete individually and in batches.

Folders mainly display TF Card and OTG external expansion devices device, you can view the folders and songs in the device, and you can also play/pause directly in the song list; click the after song name, you can add to song list, delete and view song information.

E-Books

Scan Document : Click scan document to search eBook documents. Recently read: Recently read eBooks will be displayed in this document, you can also add to the collection and delete the eBook library, the search after the display of all eBook documents, click the after the eBook file name, you also can add the eBook to the collection and delete the file collection.

Folder: Show all the eBook documents after scanning the eBook, click the eBook name, you can directly look at the favorite eBooks, currently only support TXT class eBooks; click to return to the previous menu, click to read the settings, you can define the page turn, the color of the interface and the size of the font.
Bluetooth Settings
Bluetooth settings can turn on the bluetooth switch, check the bluetooth device name, bluetooth sound quality settings, volume adjustment; Bluetooth search and pairing settings. -
HIBYLINK : This function needs to install the HIBYLINK player in the cell phone, and use bluetooth to connect with this player to realize the operation of the cell phone to control this player.
Playback settings
Playback settings are the function settings for music playback on this player,
mainly including: playback mode, output selection, EQ equalizer, DSD output
mode, DSD gain compensation, power-off memory playback, seamless playback,
maximum digital volume output, maximum volume limit, default volume on the
player, fade in and fade out, gain settings, playback gain, LR channel
balanced digital filter, folder skip song, album skip song and other settings.
Playback modes:
- Sequential play : Play in order according to the list.
- Random play : Play randomly in the playlist again.
- Single song loop : Play single song in a loop.
- List Loop : Loop all songs in the current playlist. Output selection: 2 modes can be selected (this function can only be set when there are headphones plugged in).
- Headphone output : The 3.5mm interface is used as a headphone jack (default).
- LO output: The 3.5mm interface is used as a lineout output socket. As a LO output, it will output the maximum volume. Do not plug in headphones when in LO mode, and the device will prompt when switching modes.
- EQ equalizer: It can be set according to custom, you can choose your favorite built-in mode, or you can choose to turn it off. This player provides: rock, classical, jazz, pop, dance, vocal, sad, metal and other 8 kinds of EQ options.
- DSD output mode : When SPDIF output or USB DAC OUT, it can be set to PCM, DoP (DSD to PCM) and native mode output (this function can only be set when digital signal output)
- DSD gain compensation: This function compensates the DSD gain, the default is 0
- Breakpoint memory playback: the boot will continue to play from the stop point of the last playback.
- Disabled: Disable the breakpoint memory function.
- Track: Plays from the beginning of the track that was playing when it was stopped last time.
- Position : Resume playback of the song from where it left off when playback was last stopped.
- Gapless playback : After opening, the interval between song switching can be shortened to the greatest extent.
- Maximum digital volume output : When this function is turned off, SPDIF and USB DAC can be set to adjust the volume of the unit; when it is turned on, the volume output of
- SPDIF and USB DAC can be set to the maximum, and the unit cannot be adjusted. Maximum volume limit: You can set the maximum volume limit, if the value is set to 80 (maximum volume 100), then when the volume is adjusted to the maximum, it can only reach 80.
- Boot default volume : You can set the default volume for the next boot and remember it.
- Fade in and fade out : After opening, the song will start from a low volume to the normal volume gradually, and the volume will gradually decrease from the normal volume at the end.
- Gain setting: When using low-impedance headphones, you can choose low gain; if you use high-impedance headphones, you can choose high gain. Customers can choose according to their listening preferences. (This function can only be set when there is a headset plugged in)
- Replay Gain : It can automatically adjust the playback gain of different music and albums. Avoid fluctuating volume of songs from different music and albums.
- Off : Disable Replay Gain function.
- Audio Track: Automatically adjust playback gain with the music’s audio track. Album: Automatically adjust the playback gain according to the album of the music.
- LR channel balance: Slide the progress bar to adjust the balance of the left and right channels, and set it according to the characteristics of your own ears. Generally, it is appropriate to press and hold the menu button to center it. (This function can only be set when there is a headset plugged in).
- Album skip: When playing music in the album music list, if this function is not turned on, only the music files in the album can be played; after this function is turned on, after playing the music of this album, you can skip to another album to continue playing. Digital filter: You can fine-tune it according to your listening preferences. Four filters are available. (This function can only be set when there is a headset plugged in)
- High pass filter – low latency;
- High pass filter – phase compensation;
- Low pass filter – low latency;
- Low-pass filter – phase compensation;
- Folder skip music : When playing music in the file music list, if this function is not turned on, only the music files in the folder can be played; after this function is turned on, after playing the music in this folder, you can skip to another folder to continue playing .
System settings
- System settings : In this setting, you can set language, music scanning mode, backlight brightness, backlight time, theme style, colorful theme, font size, USB mode, lock screen operation, time setting, power saving shutdown, sleep shutdown, battery Power display, standby, screen saver setting, factory reset, firmware upgrade and about this player.
- Language : This player can choose English, Spanish, Italian, German, French, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, English, etc. 12 kinds of languages.
- Scan Mode : Set whether to automatically scan songs to generate a list. Automatic: When the device is turned on for the first time, or the memory card is inserted, or the connection with the computer is disconnected, the system will automatically scan and retrieve all the songs in the memory card. Press the return key to interrupt scanning and exit.
- Manual: The device does not automatically scan for songs, and requires the user to scan manually.

Automatic scanning will only be performed automatically when the memory card is inserted, disconnected from the computer, etc.

If the capacity of the memory card is relatively large, the scanning time will be relatively long when there are many songs stored. According to the test data reference: 256GB class 10 high-speed card, the root directory stores 5000 ape lossless songs, and the scanning time is about 5 minutes. This time will vary greatly with the complexity of the song catalog, the format and size of the songs.

If manual scanning is selected, before manual scanning, the records of each song list of the song are the content stored in the last scan. If the content of the track changes, the song may not be found.

Backlight Brightness: You can set the backlight brightness of the LCD screen, and the default value is 50%.

Backlight time: You can set the off-screen time of the LCD screen when there is no operation. The time can be selected from 10 seconds to 120 seconds, or you can choose to be always on (the default is 30S to turn off the screen).

Theme style: There are three styles of theme styles: black gold, cyber and youth, which mainly change the style of the main interface, see the description of the main interface for details. Colorful theme: Slide the dot in the middle to adjust the color of the interface.

Font size: Users can choose “small”, “default” and “large” fonts according to their preferences, and the default is medium.

USB Mode: Can be set to charging only, data and DAC decoding mode. Storage mode and PC connection can transfer data; using DAC decoding mode and PC connection can be used as a USB DAC; charging only mode plugged into the USB only for charging, can not transfer data and use as a computer DAC. Lock screen operation: turn off this function, after standby, all buttons except the power button are invalid; open this function, after standby, all buttons are valid.

Time setting: supports time display, please set the time before use. Power-saving shutdown time: You can set the player to automatically shut down after it has been idle for a set period of time when there is no playback or operation. Set the duration to choose from 1 minute to 10 minutes.

Sleep shutdown time : You can set the player to automatically shut down after the set time, whether it is playing or in standby. The setting duration can be selected from 1 minute to 120 minutes, and it is off defautly.

Power percentage display : displays according to the percentage of power when it is turned on.

Standby : When this function is turned on, the player will enter low-power standby mode when the player is idle.

Screen saver settings: After locking the screen, press the power button to wake up, the selected screen saver picture will appear, and the screen saver function can also be turned off.

Album art : When playing music, the album art will be displayed after the lock screen wakes up (only when the song has an album art, if the song does not have an album art, it will be blank); if it is not playing, it will display the default picture.

Clock Cover: Select the real-time clock as the screen saver. After setting the screen saver, press the power button to wake up, and the selected mode will be displayed. Swipe up or right to enter the operation interface.

Restore factory settings: You can restore the player to the factory default settings.
Firmware upgrade: You can copy the firmware package for Micro SD card upgrade downloaded from the official website to the Micro SD card, and then perform firmware upgrade. -

For all the above pages, just slide your finger from left to right on the screen to return to the first-level menu; in all song lists, slide your finger from right to left on the screen to directly enter the playback interface.
USB-DAC -
This player supports USB DAC IN and USB DAC OUT functions, you can connect the player to a PC and use it as a USB-DAC. For the first use, you need to install the corresponding USB-DAC driver software.

The operation steps are as follows:
- Turn on the player, set it to “DAC” mode in “System Settings/USB Mode”, and then connect it to the PC. At this time, the PC will prompt “Found New Hardware” and install the driver automatically.
