Using the Cartridge alignment protractor
Overhang it the stance between the yes and the center spindle when the to team is moved right over the side. This will be to set the convert styles overhang. The overhang it set correctly when the stylus can follow the arc all the way. It is set correctly when the cartridge is perfectly aligned on both the A and B points.

Instruction

  1. Put the block at the center of the record in the direction of the spindle horizontally using the level.
  2. Swing and place the headshield in front of the Azimuth/VTA tool.
  3. Lower your headshield on the record by using the lifter..
  4. Check the front line of the cartridge if it is parallel to the line of the Azimuth/VTA tool.
  5. If both lines are parallel, the azimuth is ok. However, if it is not parallel, loosen the screw ring of the arm connector slightly and adjust by turning the headshield to the left or right.
  6. Note: The above be done very carefully to prevent damaging the needle!

Setting the correct VTA (Vertical Tracking Angle)

  1. Place the headshield in the middle of the vinyl.
  2. Put the Azimuth/VTA tool on the outer side of the record in the direction of the tangent of the groove horizontally using the level.
  3. Swing and place the headshield behind the Azimuth/VTA tool.
  4. Lower the cartridge by lowering the lifter.
  5. Check the side line of the cartridge (or headshield) if it is parallel to the line of the Azimuth/VTA tool.
  6. If both lines are parallel, VTA is ok. However, if it is not, loosen the arm height adjustment device and adjust the arm upward/downward as needed. ( Please take note that not all turntables have the ability to alter the tonearm height! Check the manual of your turntable)

White- wires the left top pin, phase positive.
Red- wires the right top pin, phase positive
Blue- wires the left bottom pin, ground,
Green- wires the right bottom pin, ground.

If you want to replace an old cartage for any new carriage, a number of steps must be taken including wiring. Different cartage types and models might implement various schemes for e connections between the cartridge and turntable’s tonearm. You can use the included tweezers to have more grp on the contacts

Stylus Brush
The Stylus brush is specifically for cleaning the stylus of your turntable. To clean the stylus, use this carbon fiber brush to brush a few times along the cantilever in the direction of the stylus

By using these it’s easy to check whether or not the separate parts of your record player are mounted correctly with respect to each other (the housing relative to the turntable platter and the tonearm / headshield).

Setting the correct tracking force is essential for the perfect setup of your cartridge system. A digital stylus scale is the best way for a precise setup. Always set the tracking force according to the specifications of your stylus manufacturer.

Operation instructions

Place your stylus sale on the record turntable, Press the power button to switch on the scale Every switching on of the stylus scale will calibrate the device automatically. You can stylus the scale to [ at any time by just pressing tare T
Place the tip of your stylus In the center of the triangle on the right measurement plate. The actual weight of your tonearm and cartridge is shown on the LCD display.
By repeatedly pressing the mode button, M you can switch between different weight units

Note

  1. Please place the scale in a stable environment without vibration and contact with moisture.
  2. Do not place objects heavier than 200g on the weighing plate as this could damage the sensor.
  3. Do not hit the weighing plate during the measurement and handle it with care.
  4. If the additional weight on the plate exceeds the rated weight, O- L d will appear on the display.
  5. Please use this product only in an environment of 10-30 C to avoid measurement errors.
  6. Do not use mobile phones within 50 cm during the measure to avoid measurement errors.
