- Do not use if the product is damaged, worn out, or exposed conductor.
- Do not disconnect from the charging box when charging is in processing.
- Do not use excessive force on plugs or cables.
- Don’t immerse it in the water.

- Plug charger side: type 2 male (IEC 62196-2) with protective cap
- Plug EV side: type 2 female (IEC 62196-2) with protective cap

How to charge your car?
- park near your charging station, be sure to turn off your vehicle.
- Make sure your car is unlocked with no charge settings/timers turned on.
- Plug the Type 2 Male end into the charging unit, and firmly push so the pins fully latch.
- Plug the Type 2 Female end into your car’s charging port, and firmly push so the pins fully latch.
- Lock your car and leave it to charge, this will lock the cable into your car if your car supports the feature.
- After charging remove the plug from the car first and then the charging unit.
Trouble Shooting
- The car is locked – The car needs to be unlocked and turned off to start the charging process.
- Charge settings on the car – Make sure you have no timers or other settings turned on.
- Plugging into another cable – This cable must plug directly into a Type 2 socket.
- Pins not latching – Make sure to use considerable force when plugging in the cable and wiggle until the pins make a full strong connection.
