Note: You can only choose one port between DISPLAY l(as the seem as DISPLAY 2); HDMI 1 is plug and play, but HDMI 2/3 and DP 1/2 need to install a driver.
Step l : Connect the DC power adapter to the DC input port on the dock
Step 2 : Connect the dock and your laptop via USB-C HOST cable
Step 3: Open your laptop and download the driver

Troubleshooting
Q1 :HDMI 1 can’t be used?
The type C port of your laptop must support DP alt mode, and can output video.
Q2:DISPLA Y 1 & DISPLAY 2 can’t be used.
Make sure that the “Displaylink Manager” app is installed and running. In
macOS, ensure that the app is given the permission of “Screen Recording in the
settings.
Q3:When connecting a wireless mouse or keyboard, It may not work
properly?
Most wireless devices like mouse, keyboards, and Bluetooth device work in the
2.4Ghz wireless band. USB 3.0 Port has the potential for interference that can
affect the device’s performance. The most effective method is to add a USB 2.0
extension cable between the HUB and the receiver.
