Fitting the Air Recirculation Deflector
To fit the air recirculation deflector, follow these steps
- Remove the flue duct as per the installation instructions for your appliance.
- Insert the circulating-air guide into the angle brackets. Refer to Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 for visual references.
- Secure the hose to the circulating-air guide and the air-pipe connector using the provided hose clips. Refer to Fig. 5 for a visual reference.
- Tighten and adjust the hose length if necessary.
- Fit the flue duct, ensuring that the slots on the inner flue duct section point upwards. Refer to the installation instructions for your appliance for more details on flue duct installation.
Odour Filter for Circulating-Air Mode
The odour filter is designed to bind odorous substances in air
recirculation mode. Regular replacement of the odour filter is important to
maintain a high level of odour removal. The filter should be replaced every 12
months with normal use (approximately one hour a day). Please note that the
odour filter cannot be cleaned or regenerated.
Replacing the Odour Filter
To replace the odour filter, follow these steps
- Open the glass plate.
- Remove the grease filters as per the operating instructions for your appliance.
- Position the large odour filters at the bottom and swing them up, making sure to compress the foam when inserting. Refer to Fig. 6 for a visual reference.
- Position the small filter at the back and swing it up. Refer to Fig. 7a for a visual reference.
- Install the grease filters. Refer to Fig. 8 for a visual reference.
- Close the glass plate.

Fitting the air recirculation deflector

- fit the circulating air guide into the angle brackets.
- Use the 2 hose clips to secure the hose to the circulating-air guide and the air-pipe connector. → Fig. 5
- Tighten and, if required, shorten the hose.
- Fit the flue duct. The slots on the inner flue duct section point up- wards.

Odour filter for circulating-air mode
Odour filters bind odorous substances in air recirculation mode. Regularly
replaced odour filters guaran- tee a high level of odour removal. With normal
use (approx. one hour a day), the odour filter must be replaced every 12
months. The odour filter cannot be cleaned or regenerated.
