Product Usage Instructions

• Starting the Machine:
  • If you are unable to start or turn on the machine, please follow these steps:
  • Ensure that the hand massager is fully charged before use.
  • If the screen does not respond to your touch, your finger may be too dry. Apply some moisturizer or saliva to your index finger for better touch sensitivity.
  • If the machine is damaged during transportation, please contact our professional customer service team at teamservice9966@outlook.com for assistance.
  • Check the charging connections between the type C interface and the machine, as well as the type C charging port and the power source. Make sure they are properly connected. If not, refer to the previous answer.
• Heat Function:
  • If you are not feeling the heat function, please consider the following:
  • Allow the machine some time to heat up, usually around 5 to 15 minutes.
  • If you are using the lowest heat setting, it may not be noticeable. For better results, wear thin transparent gloves with skin moisturizer applied, and activate the heat function. This will enhance the therapy effect.
• Sudden Shutdown:
  • If the hand massager turns off suddenly, please take note of the following reasons:
  • The hand massager has overvoltage protection and will turn off if the voltage exceeds 1.5V 2A.
  • The heat function consumes more battery and may result in sudden shutdown for overheating protection.
  • If the battery is low, charge it before using it again. The combination mode of heat function may consume a significant amount of battery capacity.
• Airbags Deflation:
  • If the airbags are not deflating when you turn the machine off, please follow these steps:
  • It may take some time for the airbags to completely deflate, usually around 1 to 2 minutes.

• Answer 1:
  • The hand massager may run out of battery, please charge it before use.

Question 2 : Why do I not feel heat function?

Answer 2: 1. Usually, heat function needs time to heat up, about 5 to 15 minutes. 2. 1 level heat function will not feel obviously unless you wear thin transparent gloves for the machine designed two ends opened. Apply skin scream with gloves wrapped and open heat function, therapy effect will be better.

Question 3 : Why does the hand massager turn off suddenly?

Answer 3: 1. Our hand massager has overvoltage protection, it will turn off when the safe voltageover 1.5V 2A. 2. Heat function will consume more battery, it will also turn off suddenly for overheat hurt protection. 3. Battery low, charge it and then use again. Heat function combination mode will consume large battery capacity.

Question 4 : Why are the airbags not deflating when I turn the machine off?

Answer 4: It will take some time before the airbags deflating totally, about 1 to 2 minutes. We must remind that you need to put your hands in firstly and then turn the machine on before use.
