We hereby certify that products manufactured by Delta Electronics, Inc. are fully comply with requirements of European Union Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).

With regard to the requirements of Article 33 of REACH: Duty to communicate information on substances in articles. We declare that some of the SVHCs (the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern for authorization currently released by ECHA till the date of January 17, 2023) are present in Delta’s products in concentrations above 0.1%.
