Operation: Find the Bluetooth name “G-Tanker” on the Bluetooth
device and click Connect.
Voice Prompt: Connected
Indicator Light: Green (Dongle mode), Blue (Bluetooth mode)
Disconnect Bluetooth Mode

All current products have a 12-month warranty period from the purchase date.

If any defect in manufacture or material confirmed by the seller appears within in 12 months, MageGee will arrange for such defect to be rectified without charge under the following conditions:

Present this warranty card with the seller’s stamp when demanding service from MageGee’s local distributor. Present this warranty card and sales invoice when demanding service from MageGee online stores.
The defect is not due to use of the product for other than regular purpose, or an incorrect voltage, or use of improper accessories, or contrary to operating instructions, or to accident damage (whether in transit or otherwise), misuse, neglect or inexpert repair, or incorrect installation, or accessories belongs to the product, transportation. -
The following conditions are out of MageGee warranty terms:

The defect appears out of the 12-month warranty period.

The defect is caused by misuse, incorrect voltage, transit damage, incorrect installation, inexpert repair, or other reasons that are not caused by design, technology, manufacturing, material quality, etc.

The defect is caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft.

The defect is caused by incompatibility with other hardware/ software that are not defined as system requirements.

The defect is caused by accessories, such as replaceable batteries.

The warranty card or sales invoice can not be offered rightly.

- Do not place the product in a damp or extremely cold environment in case of affects the internal circuitry.
- Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or high temperature as it can shorten the lifespan of electronic components, damage the battery, and deform certain plastic parts.
- Do not dismantle the product randomly, as it may damage the product if done by non-professionals.
- Avoid dropping, strong vibrations, or hitting the product with hard objects in case of damage to the internal circuitry.
- Do not use strong chemicals or cleansers to clean the headphones. Do not scratch the surface of the product with sharp objects in case of damages the casing and affects the appearance.
