IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

(THIS APPLIANCE IS HEAVY)
When using the heater, some basic precautions should be observed to reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, damage personal or material:

  1. 1. To avoid burns to the surface, do not expose or bring your skin close to the hot surfaces.

  2. Keep flammable objects, materials and substances including any type furniture, pillow, sheets, papers, clothes, curtains, etc. at a minimum distance at least two meters from the top of the heater to the resistance electrical.

  3. Do not leave the heater running. Always turn the switch off when you are not running.
    The heater has a security system and shuts off automatically when tilted past an angle of approximately 45 degrees from the vertical position.

  4. Extreme caution is necessary when the heater is used near children or disabled and as long as it is left in operation when no one is there. Make sure children using the heater have received the instructions correct and are supervised. Keep youngsters away from the heater especially if they wear clothes that can get caught in it and catch on fire.

  5. Do not use the heater if the cable or any of its electrical parts is damaged or breakdowns, or they do not work properly. Do not start the heater if it has has been damaged, dropped, or damaged in any way. Return the heater to authorized service to have it properly checked or repaired before put it into operation.

  6. Use the heater as described in this manual. Any other use no recommended by the manufacturer may damage the heater or cause burns, fire, electric shock, personal or material damage.

  16. There is risk of short circuit when first connecting or repairing this heater, so a properly trained and experienced technician should carry out these tasks. Don’t try to do them yourself.

  17. Do not touch the heater if it is wet.

  18. Do not cover or store any object or substance on the heater while it is on functioning.

  19. Do not immerse any part of the heater in water or any other liquid.

  20. Do not immerse heater cord or plug in water or any other liquid.

  21. Keep cord and plug away from heater and hot surfaces.

  22. Do not let the cord hang from the top of the heater when the heater is working.

  23. 23. When cleaning the heater, use only water and a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid start the heater if any part of it is not completely dry to avoid burns, fire, electric shock, personal or material damage.

  24. Do not remove or attempt to repair the electric heater.

  25. Never use sharp utensils near the heater.

  26. The heater needs constant checks and cleaning. Dirt or neglect of the heater represents a fire hazard.

  27. Never cover the cord with rugs or furniture. This can cause overheating and causing a fire. If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced by properly trained and experienced technical personnel.

  28. While the heater is on, do not touch or put your hand in front of the heater resistance to avoid burns.

  29. The electrical power system must be able to withstand a minimum of 16 amps, 240V for MT01536 series of heaters and the electrical power output must be installed correctly, as well as well fixed to the ground and in accordance with all necessary electrical codes.

  30. The heater should always be dry when in use.

  31. The heater must not be located immediately after an outlet of power supply.

  32. Do not use the heater in conjunction with a programmer, timer, or other appliance that turn on the unit automatically as there is a risk of fire if the heater it is improperly covered, displaced or positioned.

  33. The protective metal mesh on this heater is intended to prevent access direct to the electrical resistance and must be in place whenever the heater is in operation.

  34. The heater must not be in operation without the protective metal mesh be in place.

  35. The heater is not designed to be used by persons (including children) with reduced sensory, mental or physical abilities or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they have supervision or instructions about the heater by a person responsible for your safety.

ATTENTION
Pay particular attention to the following matters whenever you have the unit in March:

  1. Teach your child or disabled person not to use the heater when alone.
  2. Do not leave any flammable objects near the heater.
  3. The electrical supply system should be able to withstand a minimum of 16 amps, 240V in a heater of the MT01536 series.

INSTALLATION

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MUST BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT BEFORE INSTALLING THE HEATER. COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WILL HAVE IN THE CORRECT OPERATION OF THE UNIT AND WILL MINIMIZE COSTS OF TEAM.
The heater is carefully packed and shipped in good condition.
If you find damage that may have been caused during transport, please notify the seller immediately.
Remove plastic materials from both the inside and outside of the heater before use it. This heater is not designed for industrial use.
The heater must be installed on flat and solid surfaces.
Leave a minimum space of 2 m. from the top of the heater to any other surface.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS

The heater must be well grounded and properly polarized before its use. In the event of a small electrical short, a proper ground connection will reduce the risk of electric shock through an escape wire for the current electrical.
This heater is equipped with a grounding plug. The power system must be capable of withstanding at least 16 amps, 240V in a heater from the MT01536 series and the electrical power outlet must be installed correctly in accordance with the corresponding electrical safety codes.
For correct operation, no other device should be used other than this heater in the same electrical circuit. Consult a suitably qualified technician and experienced if the grounding instructions are not entirely clear or if it remains any doubt as to whether the unit is correctly positioned on the ground.
WARNING

  • To provide continued protection against possible electrical shock, connect only electrical outlets.
  • Improper use of the grounding wire may result in a shock hazard electrical. this heater must not be used at the same time as a timer, program or thermal control or any other device that turns the unit on automatically, as there is a risk of fire if the heater is covered or moved accidentally.
  • Extreme caution should be exercised when the heater is used near children or people disabled and whenever it is left in operation when no one is around.
  • Make sure children know how to act and are properly supervised.
  • Whenever the heater is operating, keep objects, substances, or flammable materials away from it, know where the fire extinguisher is located closest.
  • And how to use it. make sure you know how to put out a fire.
  • Caused by any type of material near the heater. follow the rules of fire safety for appliances or equipment that need a lot of heat.
  • Avoid running the heater when any part (including wiring and plugs) is not completely dry or there is a bathtub, shower or pool in the proximities.
  • Do not operate the heater after a breakdown, misuse, or if it is has fallen or damaged.
  • Always turn off the heater before going to bed.
  • Avoid opening the unit or trying to see inside when it is running.

FUNCTIONING

Operating Procedures: Rope Operated Switch.
Step 1: Assemble the heater according to the assembly instructions.
Step Two: Connect This Heater Properly To The Electrical Supply System correct according to the instructions.
Third step: Connect the power supply and operate the switch using rope.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

UNPLUG THE HEATER AND MAKE SURE IT HAS COOLED UP TO REACHING THE ROOM TEMPERATURE BEFORE PERFORMING TASKS FOR CLEANING OR MAINTENANCE.
To keep the heater in good condition, do not use abrasive agents for cleaning (cleaning powder, scourers, aluminum scourers or granular detergents). Spray water on a cloth or sponge and then wipe.
Avoid running the heater at any time that any of its parts may not be completely dry to avoid risk of burns, shock electrical, personal or material damage.
To get the best performance from your heater, it is recommended to do the following once per year: with a properly regulated airflow from an air hose, release dust and dirt that has accumulated on resistance and shiny surfaces. Store the heater in a sheltered, dry and dust-free place and make sure that the shiny parts and electrical resistance are protected from any damage.
