AURIVOR QC-25 Premium Replacement Ear Pads Cushions Instruction Manual
Step 1
Remove the old ear pads
The ear pads are hold into the headphone by a series of hooks around the
headphone cups. To remove the old ear pads, just simply hold the memory foam
with your thumb and index finger, gently pull it to the inner side.
Step 2
Remove the old dust-proof scrim (Optional) .
Sweat and debris gets scattered in this dust-proof scrim during daily use and it may not do its job anymore. Simply peel it away if it needs changing, or leave it as is if it’s still in good condition.
STEP 3
Apply the new dust-proof scrim inside the ear cup.
Peel the adhesive from the scrim and simply attach it to the same spot inside
the headphone cup.
STEP 4
Notice the hooks around the headphone cup.
Notice that you have hooks around the inside rim of the headphone cup, these
are what holding the ear pad.
STEP 5
Notice the mounting flange.
Notice that the ear pad has a mounting flange – the oval plastic base, this
mounting flange needs to go under the hooks mentioned in step 4.
STEP 6
Attach the ear pads.
Take the ear pad and push the mounting flange beneath first hook, after that,
keep pressing it with your left thumb, then use your right thumb to click the
mounting flange into rest hooks in clockwise (or counter- clockwise)
direction. In this process, your left thumb is the key to avoid them popping
out. Make sure every hook is holding the flange.
