THIS TOP SHELF 90” AIR HOCKEY TABLE

Phillips Screwdriver
Furniture Polish and Cloth
An electric screwdriver is helpful in assembly. However, please set at low
torque and use extreme caution with an electric screwdriver because you could
overtighten the hardware and strip the screws.
Assembly Tips
Make sure you understand the following tips before you begin to assemble your hockey table.
- Start all bolts by hand before tightening.
- Some drawings or images in this manual may not look exactly like your product. Please read and understand the text before starting each assembly step.

LEAST TWO CAPABLE ADULTS ARE REQUIRED TO ASSEMBLE THIS GAME TABLE.

28 pcs – H2 8.5 x 22mm Flat Washer
2 pcs- P8 Side Leg Panel

1pc-T1 Allen Wrench
STEP:1
Leave Air Hockey Table Cabinet (P13-2021) face down in carton to assemble.
Install Left Legs (P2) and Right Legs (P3) onto the Air Hockey Table Cabinet
(P13-2021) with Allen Head Bolts (H1), Lock Washers (H9) and Flat Washers (H2)
using Allen Wrench (T1) as shown in FIGURE 1.
Do not tighten Bolts (H1) at this time.
Install End Leg Panels (P7) and Side Leg Panels (P8) onto the Legs using Bolts
(H1), Lock Washers (H9) and Flat Washers (H2) as shown in FIGURE 1.
NOTE: BE SURE LEFT LEGS(P2) AND RIGHT LEGS(P3) ARE INSTALLED INSIDE OF SUPPORT BEAMS AS PER DIAGRAM
PARTS REQUIRED:
4 pcs -H8 3.5x 33mm Phillips Round Head Screw
8 pcs -H5 3.5 x 12mm Phillips Round Head Screw
2 pcs – P4 End Apron
1 pc – P5 Side Apron
12 pcs – H4 4 x 45mm Phillips Flat Head Screw
1 pc – P6 Side Apron with ON/OFF Slot
4 pcs – P11 Corner Post
STEP:2
Install End Aprons (P4), Side Apron (P5) and Side Apron with ON/OFF Slot (P6)
as shown in FIGURE 2.
Slide Corner Posts (P11) down onto each end of End Aprons and Side Aprons, and
attach them using Screws (H5) as shown in DETAIL A.
Next , install screws (H8) using predrilled holes into side aprons only as
shown in DETAIL B.
Lastly, Attach P4, P5 and P6 via apron support blocks to the main cabinet
using screws (H4) as per DETAIL B and DETAIL C.
Tighten, but do not strip out any Screws.
PARTS REQUIRED:
2 pcs – H6 3.5 x 14mm Phillips Flat Head Screw
1 pc – C1 ON/OFF Switch (already attached to underside of table)
STEP:3
Install ON/OFF Switch (C1) onto inside of Side Apron with ON/OFF Slot (P6)
using pilot holes with Philips Flat Head Screws (H6) as shown in FIGURE 3.
Tighten, but do not strip out Screws (H6).
PARTS REQUIRED:
4 pcs – H4 4 x 45mm Phillips Flat Head Screw
4 pcs- H3 8 X 28mm Allen Head Bolt
1pc- P9 Side Leg Support Board A
4pcs- H2 8.5x22mm Flat Washer
1 pc- P10 Side Leg Support Board B
4 pcs- H9 M8 Lock Washer
STEP:4
Screw Side Leg Support Board A (P9) and Side Leg Support Board B (P10) to Air
Hockey
Table Cabinet (P13-2021)using Screws (H4) as shown in DETAIL D and DETAIL E.
Next, install Side Leg Support Board A (P9) and Side Leg Support Board B (P10)
onto inside of Side Leg Panels (P8) with Bolts (H3), Lock Washers (H9) and
Flat Washers (H2) using Allen Wrench (T1) as shown in DETAIL D and DETAIL E.
Do not strip out Screws(H4).
Lastly , tighten all remaining H1 Bolts from Step 1 and Step 4 at this time.
NOTE: Side Leg Support Board A(P9)
and Side Leg Support Board B(P10) must fit inside of Side Leg Panels(P8)
CAUTION: Six strong adults are recommended to flip the table as shown.
- Grab the table on the ground.
- Turn the table over.
- Place it on all four feet at the same time on the ground.
STEP:5
First,feed the Electronic Scorer (P14-2021) plug wire down through the hole on
one side of the long top rail as shown in FIGURE 6.
Next, connect the Electronic Scorer plug to Junction Box (C3) as shown in
DETAIL F.
Next, install Electronic Scorer (P14-2021) onto long top rail using Philips
Round Head Screws (H7) as shown in FIGURE 6.
Tighten, but do not strip out Screws (H7).
Congratulations! You have now assembled your Hockey Table. Please note the Care and Use instructions below to ensure many years of trouble free use of your Hockey Table.
CARE AND USE OF YOUR HOCKEY TABLE
- Use only a suitable 120v AC household outlet, and insure the cord is not a trip hazard.
- For long life and best play from your air hockey table, apply spray furniture polish to a clean cloth and wipe down the playfield with air motor running to make the best play and frequently thereafter.
- This product is intended for INDOOR use only.
- DO NOT operate the motor if the cord is damaged in any way.
- DO NOT sit, climb or lean on the table.
- DO NOT drag the table when moving it. This will damage the legs.
- DO NOT set drinks on the table.
- It is suggested that this table be placed close to wall thus allowing the air motor cord to NOT be a trip hazard. Always turn air motor off when table is not in use.
- Use the A8 and A9 leveling shims (supplied) along with a carpenter’s level to level table for best play.
- If possible, cover table with a pool table cover or sheet when not used indoor to keep playfield clean preventing any dust build up.
HOCKEY GAME RULES:
- This game is designed to be played with two (2) players, one at each end, or with four (4) players, two at each end of the game table.
- Flip a coin to determine who will begin play, or a face-off can be held at the center of the table.
- Play begins when the puck is placed on the playing surface. Players must hit the puck with the strikers and attempt to shoot into the opponent’s goal.
- One point is awarded when a puck is shot into the opponent’s goal.
- Winning the game: the winning score is accomplished by being the first player to reach a predetermined score or by being the player to score the most points within a given period of time.
ELECTRONIC SCORER OPERATION:
POWER ON/OFF = Press POWER ON/OFF button to start or turn off the scoring
unit.
START/PAUSE = Press START/PAUSE button to START the game. Press START/PAUSE
button during game will PAUSE or RESUME the game.
LIGHT ON/OFF = Press LIGHT ON/OFF button to turn on or turn off the Light.
SELECT/RESET = Press SELECT/RESET button to select time options 5, 10, 15
minutes or No Time Limit. Long press SELECT/RESET button to reset back to the
game option.
SOUND ON/OFF = Press Sound ON/OFF button to turn on or turn off the Sound.

Replacement of LED Rail Lights
STEP ONE :
Remove Corner Caps (C5) from the table top rail.
STEP TWO :
Unscrew Bolts (C7) and slide Side Top Rail (C6-A) or (C6-B) from Table Cabinet
(P1). And carefully unplug the LED Rail Light A (C4-A).
STEP THREE :
Unscrew Screws (C8), and separate LED Rail Lights from each other, by gently
pulling apart.
Align the male and female connectors of the working LED Rail Lights , and
install them back into Side Top Rail (C6-A/C6-B) using Screws (C8) as shown in
the diagram.
Next, connect the plug of LED Rail Light A (C4-A).
Slide back and screw Side Top Rail (C6-A/C6-B) to the table top rail using
Bolts (C7) and Washers (C9).
Lastly, press Corner Caps (C5) back to the table top rail.
Tighten, but do not strip out screws (C8).
LED PUCK BATTERY CHANGE INSTRUCTION
The purchase of a new CR2016 lithium 3V Battery is required
STEP ONE:
Remove screws and back cap from LED Puck using Small Phillips Screwdriver (not
provided).
STEP TWO:
Remove CR2016 Lithium attery 3V from LED Puck.
IF BATTERY HOLDER BRACKET MOVES, RE-INSTALL IT TO LED PUCK AS SHOWN IN
DIAGRAM.
STEP THREE:
Insert new CR2016 Lithium Battery 3V into LED Puck.
STEP FOUR:
Install back cap and secure screws with Phillps Screwdriver (not
provided).
Helpful Hint:
The LED puck battery will last approximately 7 hours of continuous play. The
puck battery is not rechargeable. Be sure to turn the switch to the “OFF”
position when not in use to conserve your battery life.
LED STRIKER BATTERY CHARGE INSTRUCTION
Helpful Hint:
The LED strikers each will require about 4 hours to fully charge up and will
last approximately 7 hours of continuous play time. Be sure to turn the switch
to the “OFF” position when not in use.
90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
This consumer warranty extends to the original consumer purchase of any
ESCALADE SPORTS Product (hereinafter referred as the “Product”).
WARRANTY DURATION: This Product is warranted to the original consumer purchase
of a pe- riod of 90 days from the original purchase.
WARRANTY COVERAGE: ESCALADE SPORTS warrants to the original Consumer Purchaser
that any Product of its manufacture is free from defects in material and
workmanship when used for the intended purpose under normal use and
conditions. THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY ACCIDENT,
UNREASONABLE USE, NEGLIGENCE, IMPROPER SERVICE, FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS
PROVIDED WITH THE PRODUCT OR OTHER CAUSES NOT ARISING OUT OF DEFECTS IN
MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP.
WARRANTY PERFORMANCE: During the above 90 day warranty period, ESCALADESPORTS
shall repair or replace with a comparable model, and Product, or component
thereof, which may prove defective under normal use and proper care, and which
our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be thus defective,

consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations or exclusions
may not apply to you.
LEGAL REMEDIES: This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also
have other rights which may vary from state to state.
NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
- Product not intended to be in places of public assembly, such as, but not limited to, schools, parks, public or private recreational facilities
- Any product subjected to Non-residential abuse, negligence, improper installation, vandalism, acts of God, alteration of product, or any other events beyond the control of ESCALADE SPORTS.
First Time Battery Installation:
Locate battery compartment for this product .
Use alkaline batteries for maximum performance .
Using a small Phillips head screwdriver — loosen and remove the battery
compartment cover screw(s).
Remove battery compartment cover .
Install new batteries only after reading the “ Battery Information NOTICE“ !
Replace compartment cover and secure cover with the cover screw . Do not over
tighten and strip out the screw .
IMPORTANT: BATTERY INFORMATION
Please retain this information for future reference. Batteries must be
installed / replaced by an adult .
Notice:
- Remove and replace batteries when the electrical features of this product work slowly or are not functional .
- Do not mix old and new batteries .
- Do not mix different types of batteries : Alkaline , Standard ( Carbon-Zinc) , or rechargeable ( Nickel-Cadmium batteries ) .
- Use Alkaline Batteries for maximum performance .
- Do not use damaged batteries .
- Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended.
- Install new batteries as per matching the battery polarity guide ( + & -, positive and negative ) inside of the battery compartment . Correct battery polarity installation is critical as to not damage the internal electrical components as well as insuring the correct functionality of the product .
- Do not short circuit the battery terminals .
- Always remove exhausted , leaking, weak , and batteries from long periods of nonuse from the product . Battery leakage and corrosion can cause damage .
- Check the battery terminals are clean and bright before installing new batteries.
- Dispose of old batteries safely and per local battery disposal codes .
- Do not dispose of batteries into a fire as they may explode or leak.
- If removable rechargeable batteries are used , they are to be charged under adult supervision .
- Rechargeable batteries are to removed from the product before they are charged .
- If you use a battery charger, it should be examined regularly for damage to the cord , plug, enclosure, and other parts. Do not use a damaged or malfunctioning charger until it is properly repaired.
- Non rechargeable batteries must not be recharged .
- Always remove batteries from this product for extended storage and or non-use .
- Should this product cause , or be affected by, local electrical interference , move it away from other electrical equipment . Reset ( switching off and back on again and or removing and reinserting the batteries ) if necessary .
