AS118 SERIES SANDBLASTING GUN
USER MANUAL
This user guide applies to all AS118 Series Sandblasting Guns – AS118 Blue, AS118 Black, and Soda Blaster.
SPECIFICATION
- Body: Plastic ABS
- Air Inlet: 1/4″ female
- Operating Pressure: 90 PSI Max to 150 PSI
- Air Consumption: 10-11 SCFM @90 PSI
- Abrasive: Above #46
- Storage Case 600 cc (18oz) made of PE material
- Nozzle: 5.0 m/m ceramic nozzle
- With Gravity feed function
FEATURE
- Lightweight, easy to carry

Load your preferred abrasive or sandblasting media.
The type of abrasive to use will depend on the kind of work and result you want to achieve. -
Follow the operating instructions below for proper usage of the sandblaster.
OPERATING INSTRUCTION
To switch ON the sandblaster gun, rotate the power button to COUNTERCLOCKWISE
direction.
To switch OFF the sandblaster gun, rotate the power button to CLOCKWISE
direction.
CAUTION
- For liquid blasting, the sandblaster has a tendency to leak a little liquid. It is recommended that leftover liquid should be put back into its container or disposed to empty the liquid in the storage box.
- Do not open the storage cap while blasting. The sandblaster operates in high pressure and can harm the operator when opened while in operation.
- Wear protective goggles, gloves, headset and mask before performing this operation.
- Ensure the air compressor is turned OFF and all connections are secured while setting up the sandblaster.

Replacing the Steel Nozzle with the Ceramic Nozzle
Step 1: Unscrew the nozzle lock (black color) and pull out the steel nozzle.
Step 2: Insert the ceramic nozzle and attach the black cover to hold the
ceramic nozzle in place.
Replacing the Ceramic Nozzle with the Steel Nozzle
Step 1: Unscrew the black cover and pull out the ceramic nozzle.
Step 2: Insert the steel nozzle and screw in the nozzle lock {black color) to
hold the steel nozzle in place.
