Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Preparation

Ensure you have the necessary tools and equipment for the installation:

• Concrete or brick surface to install the eyebolt screw
• Drill with a compatible drill bit adapter
• Safety goggles and gloves

Step 2: Marking the Hole

• Decide on the location for the eyebolt screw and mark the spot on the concrete or brick surface.

Step 3: Drilling the Hole

• Attach the compatible drill bit adapter to the drill. Set the drill to the recommended speed for drilling into concrete or brick. Place the drill bit at the marked spot and start drilling. Apply steady pressure while drilling until the hole reaches the specified hole size (HS) of 0.256 inches.

Step 4: Inserting the Eyebolt Screw

• Take the eyebolt screw and insert it into the drilled hole. Rotate the screw clockwise using a wrench or pliers until it is securely fastened in the concrete or brick surface.

Step 5: Testing the Installation

• Apply a static load of up to 160 lb to the eyebolt screw to ensure it is properly installed and can support the intended weight. If the screw holds without any signs of loosening or damage, the installation is successful.

Step 6: Maintenance

• Regularly inspect the eyebolt screw for any signs of corrosion, damage, or loosening. If any issues are detected, replace or repair the screw as necessary to maintain its functionality and safety.

Step 7: Disassembly (if needed)

• If you need to remove the eyebolt screw, rotate it counterclockwise using a wrench or pliers until it is completely unscrewed from the concrete or brick surface.
