Product Usage Instructions
Installation
- Select the appropriate flanged drop-in anchor based on the hole size required.
- Drill a hole in the concrete with a diameter matching the hole size specified for the anchor.
- Clean the hole from any debris or dust.
- Insert the flanged drop-in anchor into the hole, making sure it is flush with the surface of the concrete.
- Tighten the internal thread using the appropriate tool until the anchor is securely in place.
Removal
- Unscrew the internal thread using the appropriate tool to loosen the anchor.
- Gently tap the anchor from the top to dislodge it from the concrete.
- Remove the anchor from the hole.
Maintenance
Regularly inspect the flanged drop-in anchor for any signs of damage or wear. If any issues are identified, replace the anchor immediately to ensure proper functionality and safety.
