1. My product is not working. Can I have it repaired?

In many cases when a product doesn’t perform as you would expect, the problem can be resolved at home through basic troubleshooting. Please check our online troubleshooting and FAQs to find solutions for the most common issues If the product does not perform after following the FAQs & troubleshooting steps. Kindly contact with our consumer support team

2. How can I register my product for an extended warranty?

If your product is eligible for extended warranty, first you need a MyPhilips account. Then you can register your product. Have the product at hand when registering as you will need to provide the model number.

3. What can I do with a My Philips account?

With your MyPhilips account you can: Access all your product information in one place (orders, subscriptions, etc.) Sign up for exclusive news and promotions Easily find information and accessories for all your Philips products

4. What information do I need to provide to register a product?

To register a product you need: MyPhilips account Model number Date of Purchase Proof of purchase (optional) Promotion details (if applicable) How to find the right software for your product In the search field, type the model number of your product, or search for your product using the category search. If using the search box to find your product, the support page should be the first result. If using the category search, once you select your product, you will automatically arrive at the support page for that product. Compare the version number of the software offered to the one that is already installed on your product to verify that a software update is necessary. Tip: You can find the current software version in the menus of most products. For TVs, you can generally select “Menu” > “Setup” > “Software” > “Current software” to see the current software version. Instructions on how to check this can be found in the software installation instructions (located on the same page as the software). If a newer version is available in the support section, please download the file and save it to your computer. Note: The software update is usually is a compressed zip file, which requires the use of special software to unzip (e.g. Winzip or WinRar). Carefully read and follow the installation instructions to successfully install the software. Software update methods If you cannot find any software on our website for your product, it may be because the software of your product cannot be updated via USB. Please use the method that is applicable for your device: Connected devices (TV, Home Cinema, Blu-ray player etc): Update can be performed via USB, as well as carried out using an active network connection on the device (check your product’s user manual for more details). Apps: Update via your smartphone/tablet in the Google Play Store or iTunes Telephones: Update via the Philips Phone Manager software.

What if I already have the latest software?

We are constantly working to keep your product up-to-date and to provide you with all available updates. Nevertheless, it is possible that updates for some products are no longer available, or a new update is not available yet. From here, you have several options. Please contact your local customer service Check the support page of your product occasionally to see if a new update is available If your Philips product has an active network connection, you may automatically receive a notification when a new update is available
