Directions To Use X7 Headphone

Start-Up
Long press the ON key for about 2 seconds. When the indicator light flashes red and blue alternately, it indicates that the headset has been turned on.

Bluetooth Connectivity
When the headset is used for the first time, it will enter the Bluetooth pairing state after the headset is turned on normally. At this time, X7 can be searched in the Bluetooth settings of the phone. After clicking the successful connection, the blue light of the indicator will flash slowly, and the blue light of playing music will go out.

Paired Device Replacement
Disconnect the Bluetooth of the currently paired device. The headset indicator flashes red and blue alternately. Other devices can search for X7 and click Connect.

Power Off
Press and hold the key for about 3 seconds to shut down the
machine. The indicator light goes out. If there is no pairing or no
device connection, the machine will shut down automatically in
180s.

Charging
Normally the mobile phone will display the headphone power status. If the battery voltage is lower than 3.4V, you will hear the low power alarm for every 120 seconds. Once the battery voltage dropped to 3.2V, headphone will be turned off automatically. Then please use the USB cable to plug into the power adaptor for charging.

A Please use 5V power adaptor only, as the 9V or 12V quick charge adaptors will damage the headphone.

Operating Instructions

On key/minus key

  1. Press and hold the key for 2 seconds to turn on;
  2. Press the On/Off key for 3 seconds to turn off;
  3. Short press twice for the next song ;
  4. Press briefly for three times to decrease the volume.

Plus key When playing music

  1. Press the plus key briefly to pause the play;

  2. Short press the plus key twice for the previous song;

  3. Briefly press the plus button three times to increase the volume (when the volume is at its maximum, there will be a drip sound) ;

  4. Long press for two seconds to enter the voice assistant.
    During a call/call

  5. Short click to answer the call when there is a call

  6. Press 2 seconds to reject the call

  7. Short press to end the call during a call

  8. During a call, briefly press twice to end the call and answer the call from a third party

Indicator Description

  • Alternating red and blue: Bluetooth pairing status
  • Blue lights up for three seconds and turns off:
  • Bluetooth connection is successful
  • The red light is always on: charging
  • The blue light is always on: fully charged

Troubleshooting

Unable to power on
Determine whether the headset is fully charged and whether the key touch position is accurate.

Unable to connect via Bluetooth
Whether the headset indicator is in the alternating red and blue flashing phase. If the headset is in the blue breathing state, it indicates that the headset has been connected to other devices and needs to disconnect the currently connected device.

Unable to connect back
Determine whether the front end (such as mobile phone Bluetooth) is turned on normally.

Bluetooth antenna distance is short
Determine whether front-end devices, such as mobile phones, have Bluetooth 4.0 or above. Earlier versions may cause shorter Bluetooth antenna distances.
