PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS
- Two-section sharpener with functions of coarse grinding, and fine grinding.
- Made of diamond material, suitable for all metal and ceramic knives.
- Utilizes the elastic constant force of diamond to design the structure, with balanced and powerful grinding force.
- The knife sharpener comes with the Angle Guide function.
- The grinding head is made of special material, which can protect the sides of the knife from being scratched when it is sharpened.
- With the function of debris collection and easy-to-clean
USAGE METHOD
Pre-use: Check whether the local power supply voltage is the same as indicated
on the nameplate of the machine
Usage:
- Place the knife sharpener on a flat surface and turn on the power switch to start it.
- Choose the appropriate slot for grinding by the dullness of the knife.
- Coarse grinding: Suitable for grinding blunt knives or those that need putting an edge.
- Put the knife into the left and right one-section grinding slot respectively and pull the knife through from the heel to the tip along the radian of the blade at a constant speed (4-8s for metal knives and 6-10s for ceramic knives). (As shown in Fig. 1)
- Fine grinding: Suitable for daily maintenance of knives. Put the knife with the same method into the left and right two-section grinding slots respectively and pull the knife through from the heel to the tip along the radian of the blade at a constant speed.
- Fine grinding can remove the burrs and grinding marks on the edge after coarse grinding, making the edge smoother and sharper. Frequently used kitchen knives are recommended for precision grinding once a week (See Fig 2)
- Turn off the power and disconnect the plug after use.
- After grinding the knife, wipe the knife with a wet cloth or rinse the knife with water and wipe the knife dry.
Note: The polishing function is not suitable for ceramic knives

Notice: According to the risk and injury degree, safety instructions are classified as “Prohibiting “, “Warning ” and “Prompting “.
Prohibiting
- Be careful to avoid electric shock. Do not use wet hands to operate. Do not immerse it in water or other liquids.
- Warning
- Make sure the power switch of the knife sharpener is disconnected before powering it on.
- Please turn off the power supply if the knife sharpener will not be used for a long time (e.g., going on vacation).
- Please place the knife sharpener on a stationary table, keeping it away from the heat and out of reach of children or pets.
- Do not use the equipment if the wire or plug is damaged, the knife sharpener is malfunctioning, or if there is any damage.
- Please do not disassemble and repair the machine without authorization.
- It must be repaired by professional maintenance personnel before it can be used again.
- Caution
- Make sure the knife is clean before sharpening and follow the instructions in the Manual.
- The knife should be pulled back evenly immediately after being placed in the sharpener. Do not push forward.
- Do not exert too much force while sharpening to ensure constant force and uniform speed.
- Do not attempt to sharpen scissors, axes, or any knife that cannot move freely in the grinding slot.
- It can be used to sharpen serrated knives.
- Do not use oil, water or lubricants.
MAINTENANCE METHOD
- This knife sharpener is not suitable for use in direct sunlight or damp environments.
- Turn off the switch in time after use
- The outside of the knife sharpener should be wiped clean with a damp cloth and do not immerse it in water or other liquids.
- The debris collecting tank at the bottom of the sharpener should be cleaned in time after each use.
- It is recommended to use the product at least once every three months to prevent aging.

Warranty Description:
- The electric sharpener is covered by a warranty for 3 years from the date of purchase, only the main body and adaptor are in the warranty range.
- Do not cover the mechanical surface or color changes due to normal use, and the damages caused by unduly intensive usage or mishandling: overheating, dropping, or intended breakage of product.
- Ensure the warranty service, duly completed warranty card, original package, and purchase receipt.
This warranty card is void in these cases:
- The product was used unreasonably or improperly.
- The content of the warranty card is revised by the customer.
- The warranty card is completed incorrectly.
- The defect of the product was caused by natural hazards (fire, flood, etc).
