Getting Started
WARNING: Adult assembly required for battery installation. Keep batteries out of reach of children.
Battery Removal And Installation
- Make sure the unit is turned OFF.
- Find the battery cover located on the bottom of the Police Car, use a screwdriver to loosen the screw and then open the battery cover.
- Remove old batteries by pulling up on one end of each battery.
- Install 2 new AAA (AM-4/LR03) batteries following the diagram inside the battery box. (For best performance, alkaline batteries or fully charged Ni-MH rechargeable batteries are recommended).
- Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure.

Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Assemble and Attach the SmartPointTM Parking Area and SmartPointTM Lift & Launcher and Three White Pillars(A,B,C)
- Insert the SmartPointTM Lift & Launcher into the SmartPointTM Parking Area. Then straighten up the SmartPointTM before inserting the Three White Pillars into the slots. Make sure you hear a clicking sound to confirm they are firmly connected.
- Insert the Two Blue Pillars and the Car Park Gate into the slots. Make sure you hear a clicking sound to confirm they are firmly connected.
Step 2: Assemble and Attach the Lift Roof and Second Floor Base
- Attach the Lift Roof to the Second Floor Base with Pillars,then insert the connected Lift Roof and the Second Floor Base into the pillars.
Step 3: Assemble and Attach the Two Helipad Pillars and the Helipad Big Support
- Insert Two Helipad Pillars into the Second Floor Base.
- Insert the Helipad Big Support into the Second Floor Base interfaces. Insert the Helipad on the top.
Step 4: Assemble and Attach the Slide Track, Flip-Up Gate and Traffic Light
- Insert the Slide Support into the Slide Track. Connect the Slide Track to the Second Floor Base.
- Insert the Flip-Up Gate and Traffic Light onto the Slide Track.
Step 5: Assemble and Attach the Jail Gate 1&2&3 and SmartPointTM platform
- Connect Jail Gate 1 and 2, then connect Jail Gate 2 and 3. Put the SmartPointTM platform onto the Jail Gate. Connect the completed Gate to the SmartPointTM Parking Area.

A: The Police Car requires 2 AAA batteries (AM-4/LR03) for operation.

Little ones will love exploring this cool Police Station. Race to the
emergency with the SmartPoint™ police car, helicopter and getaway car. It’s
time to get moving!

WARNING
All packing materials such as tape, plastic sheets, packaging locks, removable
tags, cable ties, cords and packaging screws are not part of this toy, and
should be discarded for your child’s safety.
NOTE
Please save this Instruction Manual as it contains important information.
Removing the Packaging Locks:
- Turn the packaging locks anticlockwise several times.
- Pull out the packaging locks and discard.
GETTING STARTED

Battery Removal And Installation

Make sure the unit is turned OFF.

Find the battery cover located on the bottom of the Police Car, use a screwdriver to loosen the screw and then open the battery cover.

IMPORTANT: BATTERY INFORMATION
- Insert batteries with the correct polarity (+ and -).
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable batteries.
- Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
- Do not short-circuit the supply terminals.
- Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.
- Remove exhausted batteries from the toy.
- Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES
- Remove rechargeable batteries (if removable) from the toy before charging.
- Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
- Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
Disposal of batteries and product
The crossed-out wheelie bin symbols on products and batteries, or on their
respective packaging, indicates they must not be disposed of in domestic waste
as they contain substances that can be damaging to the environment and human
health.
The chemical symbols Hg, Cd or Pb, where marked, indicate that the battery
contains more than the specified value of mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd) or lead
(Pb) set out in the Batteries and Accumulators Regulation.
The solid bar indicates that the product was placed on the market after 13th
August, 2005.
Please dispose of your product and batteries responsibly.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
With the Toot-Toot Drivers® Police Station, safety comes first. To ensure your child’s safety, adult assembly is required.
Assemble and attach the SmartPoint™ Parking Area and SmartPoint™ Lift & Launcher and Three White Pillars(A,B,C)

Following the steps as below:
- A. Insert the SmartPoint™ Lift & Launcher into the SmartPoint™ Parking Area. Then straighten up the SmartPoint™ before inserting the Three White Pillars into the slots. Make sure you hear a clicking sound to confirm they are firmly connected.
- B. Insert the Two Blue Pillars and the Car Park Gate into the slots. Make sure you hear a clicking sound to confirm they are firmly connected.

Assemble and attach the Lift Roof and Second Floor Base following the steps as below:
Attach the Lift Roof to the Second Floor Base with Pillars, then, insert the connected Lift Roof and the Second Floor Base into the pillars. -
Assemble and attach the Two Helipad Pillars and the Helipad Big Support following the steps as below:
- A. Insert Two Helipad Pillars into the Second Floor Base.
- B. Insert the Helipad Big Support into the Second Floor Base interfaces. Insert the Helipad on the top.

Assemble and attach the Slide Track, Flip-Up Gate and Traffic Light following the steps below:
- A. Insert the Slide Support into the Slide Track. Connect the Slide Track to the Second Floor Base.
- B. Insert the Flip-Up Gate and Traffic Light onto the Slide Track

Assemble and attach the Jail Gate 1&2&3 and SmartPoint™ platform following the steps as below:
- A. Connect Jail Gate 1 and 2, then connect Jail Gate 2 and 3. Put the SmartPoint™ platform onto the Jail Gate. Connect the completed Gate to the SmartPoint™ Parking Area.
Once you’ve completed the above steps, you are ready to play! You can connect the Police Station to other Toot-Toot Drivers® play sets and tracks (each sold separately).
PRODUCT FEATURES

On/Off Switch
To turn the unit On, slide the On/Off
Switch to the On ( ) position. To turn the unit Off, slide the On/Off Switch to the Off ( ) position. -
Automatic Shut-Off
To preserve battery life, the Toot-Toot Drivers® Police Car will automatically power down after approximately 60 seconds without input. The unit can be turned on again by pressing the light up face button, opening the bonnet, rolling the car quickly or triggering a SmartPoint™ location.
Note: This product is in Try-Me mode in the packaging. After opening the package, turn the vehicle off and on again to proceed with normal play. If the unit repeatedly powers down while playing, please install a new set of batteries.
ACTIVITIES
Police Car
- Press the Light Up Face Button to hear fun phrases, songs, sounds and melodies. While a melody is playing, continue pushing the Police Car to add in fun sounds on top of the melody. The Light Up Face Button will flash with sounds.
- Push the Police Car to hear fun sounds and phrases. The Light Up Face Button will flash with sounds.
- Open and Close the Bonnet to hear fun sounds and phrases. The Light Up Face Button will flash with sounds.
- Place the Police Car on one of the play set’s three SmartPoint™ locations to see the Police Car’s lights flash and to hear fun sounds, short tunes and phrases. The Police Car even interacts with other Toot-Toot Drivers® play sets (other play sets sold separately).
Police Station
- Place the Police Car or any SmartPoint™ vehicle (each sold separately) on any of the 3 SmartPoint™ locations to trigger fun sounds, songs or phrases.
- Put the Police Car on the SmartPoint™ Lift & Launcher, then lift the launcher to send the Police Car racing.
- Move the Flip-Up Gate to let the Police Car slide out when the Traffic Light is green.
- Put the Police Car on the SmartPoint™ Car Parking to have a rest.
- Put the Police Car on the SmartPoint™ Jail Launcher and then launch the vehicle.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.
- Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat sources.
- Remove the batteries if the unit will not be in use for an extended period of time.
- Do not drop the unit on a hard surface and do not expose the unit to moisture or water.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If for some reason the unit stops working or malfunctions, please follow these steps:
- Turn the unit Off.
- Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries.
- Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries.
- Turn the unit On. The unit should now be ready to play again.
- If the unit still does not work, install a new set of batteries.
