The iQ700 Downdraft hood is a powerful and elegant ventilation system designed to be easily raised when needed and combined with almost any Siemens hob. It features a space-saving installation, allowing for greater use of the space under the worktop. The hood is equipped with LED lights for optimal visibility and ambience while cooking. It also boasts a high-performance motor with an impressive extraction rate of 750 m3/h. The intensive setting automatically reverts after use. The hood comes with optional accessories, such as the LZ29IDM00 Mounting kit remote motor.

Product Usage Instructions

To use the iQ700 Downdraft hood, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that the hood is properly installed and connected to a suitable power source.
2. Before using the hood, make sure the grease and charcoal filters are clean and properly installed.
3. To turn on the hood, use the touchControl panel to select the desired extractor speed and light intensity.
4. The hood offers 3 power levels and 2 intensive settings for different cooking requirements.
5. During operation, the LED lights provide optimal visibility and create a pleasant cooking ambience.
6. After cooking, the hood can be set to automatically run for an additional 10 minutes to ensure thorough extraction.
7. Regularly check the grease and charcoal filter saturation indicators to determine if they need cleaning or replacement.
8. If using the hood in recirculation mode, make sure to install the recirculating kit (LZ29IDM00) for proper operation.
9. Do not use the hood in combination with gas hobs when in recirculation mode.
