Product Usage Instructions

Section A: Connecting the Dock

  1. Connect the ThunderboltTM 4 cable from the dock to your creator laptop.
  2. Plug the DC-in adapter into the DC jack on the dock.
  3. Connect your peripherals, such as displays, memory card readers, USB devices, and audio devices, to the respective ports on the dock.
  4. If desired, secure the dock with a Kensington lock using the Kensington lock slot.
  5. Press the power button on the dock to turn it on. The indicator LED will light up to indicate that the dock is powered on.

Section B: Display Configuration
To connect three 4K displays:

  1. Connect one display to the ThunderboltTM 4 port on the dock using a compatible cable.
  2. Connect another display to one of the HDMI 2.1 ports on the dock using a compatible cable.
  3. Connect the third display to the remaining HDMI 2.1 port on the dock using a compatible cable.
  4. Configure your operating system’s display settings to extend or mirror the displays as desired.

Section C: Data Transfer and Charging
To transfer data and charge devices:

  1. Connect your devices, such as cameras, drones, and others, to the respective ports on the dock.
  2. For high-speed data transfers, connect your device to the ThunderboltTM 4 port on the dock.
  3. For faster Ethernet connection, connect your device to the RJ45 2.5 GbE port on the dock.
  4. To charge your laptop or other devices, connect them to the ThunderboltTM 4 port on the dock.

To manage IT settings remotely:

  1. Ensure that your compatible laptop or display supports features such as MAC address passthrough, PXE, WOL, multiple display support, and mirrored power button.
