2. Do not modify, repair or dismantle the bluetooth stereo headphone(s). In doing so, it may result in fires and electric shocks. malfunction of this bluetooth stereo headphone(s), which will not be covered under the warranty.
3. Do not use any volatile liquid to clean the headphone(s).
4. Do not use the Bluetooth stereo headphone(s) in a hazardous environment.

Fitting

In order to get best audio performance, please try each of the eartips (small, medium and large). The correct fit in your ears will help achieve optimal performance and comfort.

Charging

• Uolo Pulse Elite 2 headphones’ playtime may varies on volume setting, ANC on/off and music type

Wired Charging Case

• When charging: LED indicator flashing in white
• Fully charged: LED indicator will turn off
• Charging time: 1.5+ hours

Headphones

• When charging: LED indicator stays solid red
• Fully charged: Headphone will turn off

Note : When charging with a cable, use a USB-C cable and a 5V output USB charger to charge the battery case. A 5V/1A (5W) charger is recommended.

Note : ANC function cannot be turned on/off during a call

Pairing

Make sure the device is fully charged. Take out the headphone(s) from the charging case, the headphone(s) will power on automatically. The LED indicator(s) of the headphone(s) will flash red to get into the pairing mode with the “Pairing” voice prompt. Turn on the Bluetooth of your device (smartphone, laptop, etc), and find the pairing ID “Uolo Pulse Elite 2”. Select to connect. The pairing is successful if you see it’s connected on your device or hear the “Uolo Pulse Elite Connected” voice prompt.

LED indicator light

Note

1. The LED indicator(s) on the headphone(s) will flash red when the battery is low.

Note: If both headphones are not connected within 60 seconds headphones will turn off automatically. Please put the headphones back to the charging case or turn them back on and follow the above steps to pair again. Turn on ANC/Transparency mode, the headphone(s) will stay on continuously.

Hard Reset

Short-press the headphones 7 times, you will hear a voice prompt “Pairing list cleared”. Repeat the above steps for the second headphone to complete the hard reset. Repeat the pairing steps to reconnect the headphones (s) to your device.

Second Time or Later Use

The headphones (s) will power on automatically and connect when taken out of the battery case. The headphones will auto connect with the Bluetooth device which has been previously connected to.
