Features and Functions
The Food Vacuum Sealer comes with the following features and functions:
- Vac Seal Button: Press to vacuum seal food airtight. Motor will continue to run until the bag is fully vacuumed, then the bag will be automatically sealed.
- Spot Pumping Button: Press to vacuum seal optimal vacuum sealing of moist or juicy food by manually controlled air extraction.
- Seal Button: Press to create a seal on multiple types of bags like snack bag to keep food sealed airtight.
- LED Indicator Lights: The green light flashes when the vacuuming process is engaged, and the red light is on when the sealing process is engaged.
- NTC Intelligent Temperature Control: Automatically enters safety protection mode when the temperature of the heating wire exceeds the preset safe temperature. The machine will return to normal operation after cooling down for 2 minutes.

Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to operate the Food Vacuum Sealer:
Vacuum Sealer Bags
- Plug the appliance in and press the power button to switch it on.
- Place item(s) in the bag, ensuring the opening of the bag is clean and straightened without any wrinkles.
- Open the appliance lid and place the bag into the vacuum chamber.
- Press down the cover until a click sound is heard.
- Press the desired button (Vac Seal or Seal) to begin the vacuuming/sealing process.
- When the LED indicator light goes out, press the release button at two sides to open and take out the bag.
Vacuum Zip Bags, Wine Bottles, or Canisters
- Plug the appliance in and press the power button to switch it on.
- Open the appliance lid and keep the cover open.
- Insert one end of the hose into the air hole.
- Insert the other end of the hose into the hole on the top of the canister or bottle.
- Press the Vac Seal button to begin the vacuuming process. Two indicator lights will flash simultaneously, and you can press any button to stop working anytime.
- When the vacuum process is completed, the appliance will automatically stop.
Cleaning and Care
To clean and care for the Food Vacuum Sealer:
- Unplug the appliance and wait for it to cool down before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Remove and clean the drip tray regularly.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before storage.

- Intervals for 30 seconds each time is recommended.
NTC intelligent temperature control
When the temperature of the heating wire exceeds the preset safe temperature,
the machine will automatically enters the safety protection mode. When the red
and green lights flash alternately, all buttons will be disabled. Please let
the machine cool down for 2 minutes and the machine will return to normal
operation automatically.
You can press any button to stop the device from working.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or injury to persons including the following:
- Please check if the local power supply voltage matches the voltage indicated on this appliance before use.
- Do not operate the appliance with a damaged power cord or plug. Do not operate the appliance if it is faulty or damaged. If the cord or appliance is damaged, it must be returned to the authorized service center.
- To disconnect the power, unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet. Do not disconnect by pulling the power cord.
- If the supply cord is damaged, stop using immediately and it must be replaced by the manufacturer’s maintenance department or similar sector professionals to avoid a hazard.
- When the appliance is not in use or needs to be cleaned, please unplug cord from the power outlet first.
- Do not use the appliance on wet or hot surface. Do not immerse any part of the appliance, power cord/plug in any type of liquid.
- Use only accessories or attachments recommended by the manufacturer.
- Use the appliance only for its intended use. Don’t use the product outside the work area.
- Close supervision is required when children use the appliance. Do not play with the appliance as a toy.
- Do not vacuum pack liquid food(soups, sauces), this kind of foods only suit for seal.
- For moist food (meat, fish, etc), please wipe the moisture with a paper towel or wrap it with a disposable plastic bag before vacuum packaging.
- Intervals for 30 seconds is recommended after each seal.

OPERATING INSTRUCTUONS

For vacuum sealer bags:
- Plug the appliance in and press the power button to switch it on.
- Place item(s) in bag, clean and straighten the opening of the bag, make sure there are no wrinkle on the opening.
- Open appliance lid and place the bag into the vacuum chamber.
- Press down the cover until click sounds heard.
- Press the button according to your needs to begin vacuuming/sealing process.
- When the LED indicator light go out, press the release button at two sides to open and take out the bag.
Notice for Vacuum Canister: Please remove the lid before you put the canister in microwave oven. Place the canister in refrigerator for better preservation.
For vacuum zip bags, vine bottle or canisters:
- Plug the appliance in and press the power button to switch it on.
- Open appliance lid and keep the cover open.
- Insert one end of the hose into the air hole.
- Insert the other end into the hole on the top of the canister.
- Press “Vac Seal” button to begin vacuuming process, two indicator lights will flash at the same time and you can press any button to stop working anytime.
- When the vacuum process is completed, the appliance will automatically stop.

TIPS FOR VACUUM PACKING

Do not overfull the bags, leave enough length at the opening of the bag so that it can be placed in the vacuum chamber easily.

Ensure that the opening the bag is not wet, otherwise it is difficult to seal.

Ensure that the opening of plastic bags is clean and flat, no foreign objects or folds allowed, otherwise it will cause difficulty or leak during seal.

If the food contains liquid, please wipe it with a paper towel or pack it with plastic bag, then vacuum pack it.

Before vacuuming, do not leave too much air remain in the bag. You can press the bag gently to let the air out of the bag. This way, the workload of the machine vacuuming can be reduced.

During the process of vacuuming, when the vacuum degree fail to meet the requirement, the machine will stop working automatically in 2 minutes. In this situation, please examine the bag for leaks or the bag placed wrongly.

Make sure there is no rupture or distortion of the sponge or small grains around it. If this happens, change for a new one or take it down, clean and dry it.

To prevent food particles from drawn into the vacuum pump, place a filter or paper at the top of the bag before vacuum packing. Through transparent window, you can see liquid entering the vacuum chamber, press “Vac Seal” button again to stop, and press “Seal” Button.

For perishable food, need to be refrigerated or frozen after vacuum packaging.
For best results, fruits and vegetables can be frozen for a while before vacuum packaging. -
Pour water into the bag 2/3 of its content, seal the open (no vacuuming) of the bag. After freezing, it can be used in the ice bucket, or as an ice cube to treat sports injuries.

For foods like cheese and cooked foods that are sold in commercially packed bags, to keep them fresh, just vacuum pack it after each use.

For mixed materials like flour and rice that are used to make cakes and baked pancakes, you’d better vacuum packaging them by canister.

For foods with sharp parts, such as bones and fish bones, please wrap up the sharp parts before vacuum packaging to avoid poking bags.

Vacuum packaging also protects non-food items from oxidation, corrosion and moisture, such as museum piece, photos, important documents, stamps, books, jewelry, cards,
cosmetics,medicine and metal. -
Using the machine Intensely and continuously will cause the heating wire to overheat. Stop the machine for 90 seconds and wait it to cool down.
When the machine is not in use, please do not clock the appliance. Otherwise the sponge may be distorted which will affect the air extracting results.
CLEANING AND CARE
To Clean Appliance:
- Avoid using rough materials to clean the machine to avoid scratching the surface.
- Do not immerse the machine in liquids.
- Do not use organic solvents to wipe.
- Do not need to add lubricant to the machine.
- Dry thoroughly before reusing.
- Before assembling, ensure that the sponge is dry. During the process of assembling, do not damage it.
- When the machine fails, turn off the power immediately, check the causes and solve the problems before reusing.
To Store Appliance:
Clean unit thoroughly as detailed above. After the unit has been cleaned and
allowed to fully dry, close lid without locking.
When the machine is not in use, please do not lock the appliance. Otherwise the sponge may be distorted which will affect the air extracting results.
