It is important to follow these safety instructions to ensure safe usage of the barbecue:
- Read and understand the user manual before using the barbecue.
- Only use the barbecue outdoors in a well-ventilated area.
- Keep children and pets away from the barbecue while in use.
- Do not leave the barbecue unattended while it is in operation.
- Ensure the barbecue is placed on a stable and level surface.
- Keep flammable materials away from the barbecue.
- Use only approved ignition materials by EN 1860-3 standard.
- It is recommended to cover the charcoal with a layer of ash before starting.
- Do not use the barbecue in enclosed or inhabited spaces, such as houses, tents, caravans, etc.
Use of the Barbecue
Follow these steps to use the barbecue:
- On first use, heat the barbecue for 30 minutes to stabilize the paint. There may be some odor during this initial heating.
- Ensure the barbecue has cooled down completely before cleaning and storage.
- Never leave the barbecue outdoors after using it to prevent oxidation.
- Clean the appliance and accessories, including the grease collection drawer, after each cooking operation, using hot soapy water and a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
- Rinse, dry, and grease the casting surfaces to maintain hygiene and safety.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
Security instructions
- On first use, heat the barbecue for 30 minutes.

For your security, TAKE ATTENTION:
- Do not use it indoors!
- WARNING! Do not use spirit or petrol for lighting or relighting! Use only firelighters complying with EN 1860-3!
- WARNING! Keep children and pets away!
- If the wind is strong, position the barbecue so that no sparks are produced.
- DO NOT OFF THE BARBECUE WITH WATER to avoid thermal shock.
- The barbecue must be installed on a stable horizontal support before using it
- We recommend waiting until a layer of ashes covers the embers.
- ATTENTION! This barbecue will get very hot, do not move it during use!
- Do not use the barbecue in a confined and/or habitable space e.g. houses, tents, caravans, motor homes, or boats. The danger of carbon monoxide poisoning fatality.
- DO NOT LEAVE THE GRILL ON FIRE WHEN IT IS NOT COOKING. LIFT THE GRILL COMPLETELY!
Use of the barbecue
- Put the charcoal or wood inside the brazier of the barbecue.
- With the use of the shovel included with the barbecue, remove the burning embers that have fallen from the brazier to the right side of the barbecue under the grill.
- Enjoy the advantages of being able to make new embers in the brazier while cooking, without having to pause cooking.
- Overloading the barbecue can cause damage to the appliance and users. In addition, the loss of the guarantee.
- Once again, we remind you not to pour flammable liquid to ignite or rekindle the barbecue.
- For obvious safety reasons, we strongly advise against moving the barbecue while it is lit. If it is necessary to move the barbecue, please do so with the utmost caution.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
- Wait until the barbecue has cooled down completely.
- NEVER LEAVE THE BARBECUE OUTDOOR AFTER USING, this will cause oxidation to appear over time.
- For reasons of hygiene and safety: carefully clean the appliance and the set of accessories (including the grease collection drawer) after each cooking operation with hot soapy water to remove all grease residues and with a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Rinse, dry, and grease the casting surfaces.
- Cleaning the grill/grill to keep food warm: never use objects or abrasive scrubbing detergents. Clean these areas after each use with hot soapy water and a soft non-abrasive cloth. Rinse and dry.
MAINTENANCE
- To keep the barbecue, if possible, we recommend that you Clean all cooking surfaces after each use.
- Do not leave the barbecue outdoors; do not leave any standing water on the cooking surfaces, the tables, or the fat collection drawer: risk of premature deterioration and/or corrosion.
- With us, it is normal for the paint to deteriorate on the parts in direct contact with the embers. We recommend cleaning and repainting these surfaces regularly with fireproof paint. This maintenance is NOT included in the guarantee.
WARRANTY
All our barbecues are under guarantee for 3 years (depending on the model and
parts) from the date of purchase
(invoice or receipt as proof of purchase), subject to compliance with all the
instructions in this manual, subject to the availability of parts in stock,
and subject to the presentation of the product in its original packaging.
This warranty shall not apply in the following cases:
- Non-compliance with the instructions in this manual
- Abnormal conditions of use:
- Incorrect storage
- Defective maintenance
- Modification of the product
- Use for professional purposes
- Use of non-original spare parts.
