Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Install SADP or Search Tool

Download the SADP or Search Tool from the official Anpviz website:

Step 2: Connect your PC to the NVR PoE Port

• If you do not have a standalone PoE switch, connect your PC to the NVR PoE port using an Ethernet cable.

Step 3: Configure PC IP Address

• Change your PC’s IP address to match the NVR PoE port IP subnet configuration.
• For example, if the IP of the NVR PoE port is 192.168.254.xx, change the PC’s IP to the same network segment, such as 192.168.254.xxx.
• This will form a local area network and allow you to access and configure the camera.

Step 4: Run the SADP Search Tool

• Launch the SADP search tool that you installed in Step 1 and follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 5: Access the Camera Web Page

• Open a web browser and enter the camera’s IP address to access the camera’s web page.

Step 6: Configure Camera Settings

• Navigate to the camera configuration section, specifically the “Event” settings. Here, you can configure various parameters such as motion detection, intelligent detection, camera image parameters, light mode settings, etc.

How to set Anpviz NVR PoE Uprime camera parameters

1. Install the SADP or search tool, and download it from

2. Connect your PC to the NVR PoE port if you do not have a standalone PoE switch.

3. Change your PC IP address to suit your NVR PoE port IP subnet configuration.
   If the IP of the NVR POE port is 192.168.254.xx, change the PC’s IP to the same network segment as the NVR POE, that is,192.168.254.xxx forms a local area network, you can log in to the camera through the browser, reset the camera or update the camera software.
