IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Basic safety measures shall be followed when using electrical devices.
- Check the voltage to be sure that the voltage indicated on the nameplate of the Arzum Shake’n Take Neo Maxi Jug Blender corresponds with your voltage. Our company shall not be liable for any malfunction that may occur in the event of any discrepancy, therefore any malfunction resulting from a discrepancy is out of warranty.
- This appliance is for domestic use. Do not use the appliance for commercial or industrial purposes. Otherwise, it will not be covered by warranty.
- Keep your appliance away from and out of reach of the children.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other work environments.
- Farm houses;
- By customers in hotels, motels, and other residential settings,
- Bed and breakfast type accommodations.
- This appliance should be used by children above the age of 8 and people with lack of physical, sensory and mental capabilities and experience only if they are informed, supervised and instructed to use this appliance in a safe manner and understood the risks. Children should not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by unsupervised children.
- When unsupervised and before assembly, disassembly or cleaning, blenders must always be disconnected from the power source;
- Children must not be allowed to use the blender unsupervised.
- Do not use extension cords that supply improper current to prevent damage to your machine.
- Watch out for blenders while using or cleaning your Arzum Shake’n Take Neo Maxi Jug Blender. Blades can cause serious injuries as they are sharp.
- Do not place the main body in the water or other liquids to avoid electrical shock risk.
- Pay attention while using your appliance with or near children.
- Make sure you unplug your appliance when you do not use your blender, before assembling or disassembling accessories and while cleaning your appliance.
- Do not touch moving parts while your appliance is in use. Keep your hands, clothes, hair, spatula and other accessories away from blades and whiskers while using the appliance to minimize the risk of injury and Blender damage.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner, such as falling down, etc. Do not attempt to repair it by yourself. Call immediately an Arzum Authorized Service. Use original spare parts in your appliance.
- Never use a part not manufactured or recommended by the manufacturer as they may cause fire, electrical shock or injury.
- Do not hang the appliance cable on the edge of the table or counter.
- Remove accessories while cleaning your device.
- Make sure accessories are securely fit before operating your appliance.
- Make sure the motor is securely fit before removing any accessories of the appliance.
- Do not put your fingers or any other object inside the container while your appliance is in use.
- Make sure the containers that you will use are securely fit before operating.
- Do not disengage the locking mechanism using other tools.
- Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming (IEC 60335-2-14)
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Read the instructions manual carefully.
- Rinse the mixing bottle, lid, blade base and sealing ring in warm water with a little sparkling water.
- Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth.
JUG BLENDER USAGE
- Turn the jug upside down on a flat surface, holding the jug handle, place the sealing ring on the jug base and secure the knife head assembly firmly in a counterclockwise direction.
- Place the jug in the upright position on the motor unit. Place the handle against the unlock mark on the motor base and secure it by turning it towards the locking mark.
- Pour the foods to be mixed into the jug from the top.
- Place the food to be mixed into the jug. Usually, a certain amount of water must be added to keep the device working properly. The ratio of food and water is 2/3. The amount of mixture should not exceed the maximum level indicated on the jug.
WARNING: Use the scale on the jug as a guide and limit the quantity to a maximum of 1000 ml to avoid overflowing the mixture.
- Place the jug lid on the jug and push it down to close it. Make sure the lid is completely closed when starting up.
- Plug the device in and press the start button. The appliance will continue to operate as long as you keep the key pressed. The machine will stop working when you remove your finger.
OPERATION OF PERSONAL BLENDER
- Place the motor body of your Personal Blender on a flat surface.
- Place the mixing bottle on a flat surface with the open mouth upwards and open the bottle.
- Add the ingredients of the beverage you will prepare to the mixing bottle. Ingredients must not exceed the maximum (570 ml) level mark of the bottle
- Secure the blade base to the open part of the bottle by turning it clockwise.
- Turn the mixing bottle upside down, place the bottle and blade base on the motor body with the three safety clips in the gaps, and lock it by turning it clockwise.
- Plug the device in and press the start button. The appliance will continue to operate if you keep the button pressed. When you remove your finger, the machine will stop operating.
- When mixing is complete, turn the mixing bowl counterclockwise and remove it.
- Place the mixing bottle on a flat surface with the blade base facing up. Unscrew the blade base and replace the beverage cap.
SAFEGUARDS
- Allow hot ingredients to cool before chopping (max. temperature 40 °C/104 °F).
- Cut the ingredients with large pieces into small pieces of about 2 cm before processing.
- The device must be used continuously for a maximum of 60 seconds. Allow to cool sufficiently before reuse.
- Except for the bottle, jug and lid, the other parts and the motor cannot be washed in the dishwasher.
- Do not break up the ice alone, it should be used in combination with liquid.
- If the blade unit jams, remove the motor unit and cover and use a spatula to remove the materials that caused the blade unit to jam.
- Wait for the blade unit to stop rotating before removing the cover.
- Do not use boiling water and do not operate the appliance when empty.
- The motor stops automatically in case of overload. In this case, unplug, wait 20 minutes for the motor to cool down and then use it again.
- Clean the mixing bottle after consuming the beverage in the bottle.
ATTENTION
Do not operate the device while the accessories are stored in the hopper;
improper operation may cause serious damage to the product.
CARE AND CLEANING
- Unplug the blender before cleaning.
- For easier cleaning, always wash immediately after use. Do not allow food to dry in the glass jug, which makes cleaning difficult.
- Remove all detachable parts. To remove the blade set from the jug base by turning clockwise, lift the jug set from the motor unit and remove the blade set.
- Wash the bowl, jug, lid, blade base and anti-slip ring in warm water with a little dish soap.
- Use hot soapy water to rub the knife and then rinse thoroughly under the tap. Do not touch sharp blades, be careful when using them.
ATTENTION
- Do not use abrasives, wire, alcohol, etc. to clean the device.
- Never immerse the motor body in water or wash it in the dishwasher.

HANDLING AND SHIPMENT
- During handling and shipment, your appliance must be kept in its original package to prevent damage to its parts.
- Keep at the normal position during shipment.
- Do not drop the product when transporting it and protect it from impacts.
- After delivery of the product, failures and damages that may occur while transporting are not covered by warranty.
