  • If the battery’s charge significantly decreases without affecting the product’s functionality, the battery may be at the end of its life.
  • Battery life depends on storage, usage, and the environment.
  • Periodically inspect the USB charging cable to avoid conditions that could pose a fire risk, electric shock, or personal hazards such as cable damage, housing damage, or other parts. If these conditions occur, the charging cable should not be used and must be replaced immediately.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

  • Keep the rubber cover of the micro USB closed when not in use to prevent dust or water from entering the micro USB port.
  • Keep the watch clean by wiping it with a soft cloth. Keep the watch away from direct sunlight and any heat sources.
  • Do not drop the watch on hard surfaces, expose it to moisture, or immerse it in water.
  • Remove the watch from your wrist before going to sleep.

WEARING THE SMARTWATCH

  • Wearing the watch with a too-tight strap may irritate. Ensure that it is adjusted so that the watch stays in place but is not too tight to be uncomfortable.
  • Ensure that the strap is always clean and dry. Sweat and soap could get trapped on the strap and irritate. If the strap gets wet, clean and dry it carefully before wearing it again. Prolonged exposure to moisture could cause skin irritation. Remove the watch from your wrist before going to sleep.

BATTERY CHARGING

Attention: This operation must be performed by an adult. To charge the E-watch, the watch must be connected to a computer with the included micro USB cable. To do it correctly, follow these steps:

  • Connect the smartwatch to a computer with the included micro USB cable to charge the battery.
  • Lift the rubber cover of the micro USB port on the left side of the watch. Insert the micro USB cable (small end) into the micro USB port on the watch, and insert the larger end of the micro USB cable into a free USB port on the computer. The USB port is usually marked with this symbol.
  • Once the connection is successful, you will see the battery charging symbol displayed on the screen for a second, then the data transfer symbol. The battery will continue to charge while you are connected, but at the same time, you can open your PC to find the smartwatch folder to transfer data.
  • Regularly monitor the watch during the charging process.
  • When the battery is fully charged, a charged battery symbol will be displayed on the screen.
  • Disconnect the watch from the computer.

Note: It will take approximately 3 hours to fully charge the battery.

  • The actual charging time depends on the power, remaining charge, and ambient temperature.
  • The optimal ambient temperature is between 0°C and 40°C.
  • If your watch takes more than 3 hours to fully charge, try charging it using another USB port.
