Preparation before installation: Power-on

  • 1 &2: Please find and open the Charging hole cover as shown in figure.
  • 3. Connect the terminal [1] and [2].
  • 4. Close the Charging hole cover.

The owner’s manual contains assembly, use and maintenance instructions.
The vehicle must be assembled by an adult who has read and understands the instructions in this manual. Keep the packaging away from children and dispose of all packaging before use.
Note: For best performance use on flat, hard surfaces.

  • This product contains small parts that are for adult assembly only.
  • Keep small children away when assembling. Remove and dispose of all protective material and poly bags before assembly. Be sure to remove all packaging materials and parts from underneath the vehicle body.
  • Battery posts, terminals and related accessories contain lead and lead compounds (acids) chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, reproductive harm, and are toxic and corrosive. Never open the battery.
  • Body parts such as hands, legs, hair and clothing can get caught in moving parts. Never place a body part near a moving part or wear loose clothing while using the vehicle. Always wear shoes when using the vehicle.
  • This toy does not have brakes or any braking capability. Do not leave a child unattended while using this toy or allow use of this toy in any location that requires braking capability, as this couldresult in a\ roll away or loss of control, which may cause serious injury or death.
  • Using the vehicle near streets, motor vehicles, drop-offs such as: steps, water (swimming pools) or other bodies of water, sloped surfaces, hills, wet areas, flammable vapors, in alleys, at night or in the dark could result in an unexpected accident. Always use the vehicle in a safe, secure environment with continuous adult supervision.
  • Using the vehicle in unsafe conditions such as snow, rain, loose dirt, mud, sand or fine gravel may result in unexpected action such as tip over and skidding, and damage to the electrical system and battery.
  • Do not use the vehicle in an unsafe manner. Unsafe manner include but are not limited to:
    • a. Pulling the vehicle with another vehicle or similar device
    • b. Allowing more than two riders
    • c. Pushing the user from the back
    • d. Traveling at an unsafe speed
  • Always use common sense and safe practices when using the vehicle

BATTERY WARNINGS

WARNING

The following safety hazards may result in serious injury or death to the user of the vehicle:

  • Use of a battery or charger other than the supplied 24V rechargeable battery and charger may cause a fire or explosion. Only use the supplied 24V rechargeable battery and charger with the vehicle.

  • Using the 24V rechargeable battery and charger for any other product may result in overheating, fire or explosion.
    Never use the 24V rechargeable battery and charger with another product.

  • Explosive gases are created during charging. Charge the battery in a well ventilated area. Do not charge the battery near heat or flammable materials.

  • Contact between the positive and negative terminals may result in fire or explosion. Avoid direct contact between the terminals. Picking up the battery by the wires or charger can cause damage to the battery and may result in a fire. Always pick up the battery by it’s case or handles.

  • Liquids on the battery may cause fire or electric shock. Always keep all liquids away from the battery and keep the battery dry.

  • Contact or exposure to battery leakage (lead acid) may cause serious injury. If contact or exposure occurs immediately call your physician. If the chemical is on the skin or in the eyes, flush with cool water for 15 minutes. If the chemical was swallowed, immediately give the person water or milk. Do not give water or milk if the patient is vomiting or has a decreased level of alertness. Do not induce vomiting.

  • Tampering or modifying the electric circuit system may cause a shock, fire or explosion and permanently damage the system.

Before using the vehicle the child should understand the vehicle controls and safety issues. They must also demonstrate the capability to handle the vehicle and operate
its controls. It is the responsibility of the adult to educate the child and supervise the vehicles use. Read the following safety warnings to any child using the vehicle before riding.

CARE WARNINGS

WARNING

  • Park the vehicle indoors or cover it with a tarp to protect it from wet weather.
  • Do not leave the vehicle in the sun for long periods of time or fading may occur. Store in shade or cover with tarp.
  • Do not wash the vehicle with a hose.
  • Do not wash the vehicle with soap and water.

RE-CHARGE INTERVAL AND TIME

  • Damage to the battery may occur if it is allowed to drain completely. Do not allow the battery to drain completely.
  • Check the battery and charger (supply cord, connector) for wear and damage before charging. Do not charge the battery if damage has occurred.
  • It can be fully charged within 12 hours.
  • Do not charge the battery for more than 20 hours. Failure to charge the battery as directed could cause permanent damage to the battery and void the warranty.
  • Only an adult who has read and understands the safety warnings should handle, charge and recharge the battery.

Preparation work:
Put the car upside down on a soft cloth or smooth plane firstly (Can’t be directly placed on the surface of the cement, etc., which will scratch the surface of the plastic), then take off the cardboard, foam, nylon cable ties.

Installation Steps

BEFORE STARTING:

  • Cut all the 4 pcs Zip-Tie holding down Frame.
  • Remove Packing from bottom of Frame Channel.
  • Don’t remove the 1 foam.
  • Side strip carton is E (rear axle) do not discard.

Preparation before installation:
Open the hood of the car, take out the A (Rear suspension),B (4*12 self­tapping screw), C (Allen wrench), D (Manual), F-I (Left motor),F-R(Right motor),K (‘A’.elcome pedal)), 0 (Rear Lamp), Q(Steering Wheel),U-L(Left rear view mirror holder),U-R(Right rear view mirror holder),V-L(Rear view _Mirror L), V-R(rear view mirror R), X (M8 Spanner).

Step1-2: Install rear suspension

  1. Flip vehicle body over and lay it on a level surface. Lift the rear axle frame as shown in the picture.
  2. First align A(Rear suspension) with the body [1], and then tighten it with 8 B (self-tapping screws).
  3. Remove the [3] female nail and the [2] male nail with two C (Allen wrench).
  4. Put A(Rear suspension) into the lock of the rear wheel axle frame, then fix it with [3] (female nail) and [2] (male nail).

Step 2: Install rear axle

  1. Use X (M8 spanner) to loose the 2pcs 4 from E (real axle) by counterclockwise rotation.
  2. Insert E (real axle) into [5] hole at real wheel seat, keep the same length at left and right.

Step 3: Install motor
Install f-1 (left motor)on E(rear axle), Pass the terminal and wire through the hole [7],insert the terminal into the slot [6]. Step 4: Install rear wheels
Install G(wheel) into the rear axle, securely fix them with [2] (nut). (Note: make sure the right installation direction). Press H(wheel cover) firmly into the corresponding position on G(wheel).

Step 5-1: Install the front axle
Picture 1 is wrong, the steering shaft [9] needs to be rotated to the correct position in picture 2 before installation
Use X(M8 spanner) to loose the [8]nuts from [9](steering yoke) by counterclockwise rotation.

Step 5-2: Install the front axle
Remove the [10]nuts and [11 ]washers from the I (front axle). Step 5-2: Install the front axle
2. Put I (front axle) through J (square tube), then put [11] washers on, secure it with 10 M8 nut.

Step 5-3: Install the front axle

  1. Align the front axle with the body, pass [9] (steering axle) through the hole [11] of the front axle, and secure [8] (nut) with 8 B (self-tapping screws).
  2. Remove the two [12] nuts. Note: Do not remove the [13] washer.

Step 6: Install front wheel

Install G( wheel)on the front axle, Securre it with 9(nut) on the front axle, and Install H(wheel cover) on the G(wheel). Step 7: Install welcome pedal
Use 12pcs B (self-tapping screw) to install the K (Welcome pedal) to the right position as show in figure. Step 8: Connect the motor terminal
Turn over the car body firstly, find the position under the seat, and connect the each set of 1 (controller terminals) to 2 (motor terminals). Step 9-1: Install seat
Align at the body grooves to install the L(seat)

Step 9-2: Install seat
Use 2pcs B(self-tapping screw) to install the L(seat). Step 9-3: Install seat
Install the M (backrest ) align at the correct position firstly, then tighten it with 2pcs B (self-tapping screw)
Step 10: Install side tail frame
Install N-L(left-size tail frame) and N-R(right-size tail frame) to the car body as show in figure, pay attention to distinguish the left and right. Step 11: Install rear lamp
Install O(rear lamp) to P(tail frame lamp holder) firstly, then install the tail frame lamp holder to wide tail frame. Step 12: Install steering wheel

  1. Remove the [14]screw from the Q(steering wheel} firstly.
  2. Take off the nylon cable tie from theQ(steering wheel), then loosen the screw stem and [14 ]screw from the Q(steering wheel). Finally insert Q (steering wheel) onto [15] (steering yoke}, as shown in figure.

Step 13: Install steering wheel battery
Firstly use a screwdriver to unscrew the steering wheel cover in counterclockwise, then install 2 AA batteries as shown, finally cover the cover and tighten the screws in clockwise.

WARNING

  1. AII batteries should be inserted in the correct polarity.
  2. Non-rechargeable battery cannot be recharged
  3. Take out and properly deal with the dead battery. To avoid injury, please keep kids away from the battery.
  4. The direct contact between the positive and negative terminals may result in fire or explosion. Avoid direct connect between the terminals.
  5. Do not mix old and new batteries. DO not mix alkaline, standard(carbon­ zinc),or rechargeable(nickel-cadmium) batteries.
  6. 0nly an adult who has read and understood the safety warnings can recharge the battery.

Step 14: Install wind deflector
Install R(wind deflector) to the car body as show in figure.

Step 15: Install fender
Install S-L(front left fender), T-L(rear left fender), S-R(front right fender), T-R(rear right fender) to the car body as show in figure, pay attention to distinguish the left and right. Step 16: Install rear view mirror

  1. Install V-L(rear view mirror L) to U-L(Left rear view mirror holder), install V-R(rear view mirror R) to U-R(Right rear view mirror holder).
  2. Install V-L(rear view mirror L) and V-R(rear view mirror R) to the car body as show in figure, pay attention to distinguish the left and right.

Step 17: Install front bumper
Install W(Front bumper) to the car body as show in figure, pay attention to distinguish the up and down.

Direction for use

The installation and replacement of the batteries in the remote control: Use a screwdriver to remove the battery cover of the remote control, insert two AAA 1.5V dry batteries in correct polarity. Close the battery cover and fix it with the screw. (Battery replacement also according to the above steps)

Matching the frequency of car and remote control

  1. 1. Turn off the Power Switch on the car.
  2. Remove the battery cover on the Remote Control and put in 2 AAA battery, the three LED indicators will flash.
  3. Turn on the Power Switch on the car, when the LED indicators stop flashing and 2 of them are on, matching successes.
  4. Once the matching is made, there is no need to match code again only if the battery is replaced.
  5. The Remote Control will enter a sleep mode if not used for a long time and the LED indicators will be off. Press any buttons to wake up the Remote Control, and it can be used normally.
    Button Description: : forward : reverse ◄: turn left ►: turn right S: Speed “P” stop button: Press this button, the vehicle will stop immediately and indicator flash, vehicle has no move function either by controller or manual control from the vehicle. Press the button again, indicator change to solid light, vehicle back to operation mode.

Remote control operating instruction
Remote control is priority (when the car is in Remote control, the remote control personnel can control the car forward and backward, high/Low speed, steering and other functions, the driver CAN NOT operate the car).

Press the forward button, the car goes forward. Press reverse button, the car goes reverse. “P” stop button: Press this button, the vehicle will stop immediately and indicator flash, vehicle has no move function either by controller or manual control from the vehicle. Press the button again, indicator change to solid light, vehicle back to operation mode. Press the turn left button car turn left, Press the turn right button car turn
right;(Note:T he remote control turning button needs pressing more than once while turning, otherwise it will automatically return to the straight line. )The S button is speed button, one light on is low speed, two lights on for intermediate speed, three lights on for high speed.

  1. FM radio search: In FM mode, press this botton will search the FM channel.
  2. FM station: Press this button to enter the FM mode.
  3. Press the button to toggle between start sound mode, Media player port mode and AUX mode.
  4. Forward: Press forward botton, step on the foot switch the car will move forward ,loosen the pedal the car will stop. When press the key, it prompts “forward”.
  5. Reverse: Press Reverse botton, step on the foot switch the car will move Reverse, loosen the pedal the car will stop. When press the key, it  prompts “Please pay attention to reversing”.
  6. High/Low speed: Power on, by default, the forward speed is high speed, press the High/low button can change to low speed, press this button again, can change to high speed. For backward, there is only one speed, the high/low button is invalid. When press the key, it prompts “high speed / Low speed”.
  7. /V- Previous /VOL down: short press to play the last channel, long press to lower the volume.
  8. light switch: Power on, by default, the light is on, press the button to turn off the light. When press the key, it prompts “Light on / Light off”.
  9. /V+Next/ VOL up: Next channel / Volume up: short press to play the next channel, long press to increase the volume.
  10. START/STOP/ : Long press to Turn on or turn off the power; When the music or radio is on, short press can stop it, short press again can restart play it.
  11. Media player port: Insert flash driver will play the music inside. Only MP3 mode is supported.
  12. Voltage display screen: The value on the display be used to determine whether the battery needs to be charged.
  13. AUX connector: Connect with another removable device to play audio file valid.

Direction for use

  1. START/STOP/ ►I I : Long press button 10 (START/STOP/ ►I I button) for 2-3 seconds, will turn on the power, light the screen 12 }and make a starting sound, after that, it can operate normally; Long press button 10  (START/STOP/ ►I I button) for 2-3 seconds, will turn off the power.
  2. FM radio function: press button 2 (FM button) to enter the FM mode; then press button 1 (TUNE button) will search the FM channel, This process takes a while to automatically search the station and save. When the search is complete, the car will automatically play the first radio station. Short press button 9 (►►I /V+ button), will play the next channel; short press button 7 (I ◄ ◄ /V- button), will play the last channel; Long press button 9 (►►I /V+ button), will increase the volume; long press button 7 (I ◄ ◄ /V- button), will lower the volume; short press button 10 (START/STOP/ ►I I button), can stop playing, short press this button again, can restart play it.
  3. Media player port: : insert flash driver into 11 (Media player port: ), will automatically play the music inside. Short press button 9 ( ► ► I /V+ button), will play the next music; short press button 7 (I ◄ ◄ /V- button), will play the last music; Long press button 9 (►►I /V+ button), will increase the volume; long press button 7 (I ◄ ◄ /V- button), will lower the volume; short press button 10 (START/STOP/ ►I I button), can stop playing, short press this button again, can restart play it.
  4. AUX player function: Insert one end of the audio cable into 13 (AUX connector), insert the another end into mobile phone, MP3, MP4, etc. Play the audio in the device, the sound will come out from the car. Long press button 9 (►►I /V+ button}, will increase the volume; long press button 7 (I ◄ ◄ /V- button), will lower the volume; short press button 10 (START/STOP/ ►I I button), can stop playing, short press this button again, can restart play it. Play progress is not affected by pauses. Under AUX mode, the last song/the next song cannot be switched in central control, can only be switched on mobile phone, MP3, MP4 or other devices.
  5. Switch between Music, flash driver and AUX: If insert flash driver or AUX, press button 3 (MODE button) can switch between different play modes( Music, flash driver, AUX) .
  6. Forward/ reverse, and high/ low speed function: Power on, by default, the forward speed is high speed, press button 6 (High/low button) can change to low speed, press this button again, can change to high speed. Press button 5 ( down button), change to reverse mode, under this mode there is only one speed, the high/low button is invalid. Press button 4 (up button), can change to forward mode.
  7. Light button: Power on, by default, the light is on, press this button( BULB ) can turn off the light. Press again, can turn on the light.
  8. Bluetooth:
    • Step 1: Place your desired audio device near the media player and press the car’s power button.
    • Step 2: Press “Mode” on the media player and wait until you hear the cue voice.
    • Step 3: On your desired audio device, locate the Bluetooth settings and select the device named” 2001-B”
    • Step 4: When the device states’ Your Bluetooth device is connected successfully’ select the desired song.

Operation guide for Manual control (forward, Reverse):
Driver sit down and fasten the seat belt. Long press the Start button, the display will light up, the car will play a start sound (2-5 seconds). Press the forward button and step on the foot switch, the car will move forward, release the foot switch, the car will stop. Press the reverse button and step on the foot switch, the car will move backward, release the foot switch, the car will stop. Long press the Start button again to turn off the power.

Power on, by default, the forward speed is high speed, step on the foot switch, the car will move forward fast, release the foot switch, the car will stop. Press the high/low speed button can change to low speed, step on the foot switch, the car will move forward slowly, release the foot switch, the car will stop. Press the high/low speed button again will change to high speed.

ONLY one speed for reverse, the high/low switch can not control the reverse speed. Everytime when power on, by default, the car will move forward in high speed.

lnstructions of the recoverable fuse

Resettable fuse: when the current exceeds a certain rating, the recoverable fuse will automatically cut off the power supply for 5-60seconds, then the current will be resupplied.

WARNING
RISK OF FIRE. Do not bypass fuse. This may overload and damage the electrical system. Replace only with original size and type.

Charging instructions.

WARNING!
Please plug wall charger directly into a wall outlet. Do not use anextension cord.

Low power protection: if the voltage below 9V lasting for 1 second, it will be prompted “Battery is low” Please recharge in time”. After the 1st alarm, if the voltage is still below 9v, give a second alarm after lasting for 10 seconds “Battery is low” Please recharge in time”. After the alarm, if the voltage is still below 9v, Alarm again after lasting for 10 seconds: “Low voltage, will shut down”. After several alarms, if the voltage is still below 9v, it will automatically shutdown after lasting for 1 O seconds.

Connect the charger terminal to the power supply terminal. 4. It can be fully charged within 12 hours (note: Charge it for no more than 20 hours). 5. Firstly please unplug the charger plug out of the socket, then Unplug the charger terminal. 6. Connect the power supply terminal, and close the Charging hole cover. (note: this toy cannot be operated, under charging and should be charged by adults)
