PRECAUTIONS

ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE.
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF AN ELECTRIC DISCHARGE, OBSERVE THE RECOMMENDATIONS:

- Do not use the Innova Nano Ceramic lon straightening brush while showering. - As additional protection, it is recommended to be installed on the domestic electrical network an additional device whose nominal current does not exceed 30mA. Consult a specialized professional.
- Before placing the plug in the socket, check that the electrical voltage in the socket is compatible with the electrical voltage indicated on the product.
- If the product breaks, it must be sent to assistance authorized technician.
- Use the product only for specific purposes. Do not use devices or accessories modifications that have not been recommended by the manufacturer.

Precautions
Use the product only on dry hair.
Indications for Use
- Keep your hair clean, dry and combed before starting to use;
- Insert the plug into a suitable power source;
- Slide the on/off button up to turn on the brush;
- Wait a few moments for the brush to reach the ideal temperature;
- The maximum temperature reached is 200°C;
- Separate a section of hair and slide the brush slowly ensuring that the hair strands are hair passes through the bristles. Repeat this process throughout the hair;

Term and proof of the Warranty.
- The product corresponding to the serial number of this Warranty Certificate is guaranteed by GA.MA Italy, for a period of up to 6 (six) months, counting from the issue of the Tax Invoice of Purchase to the first buyer/consumer, this period being made up of:
- 90 (ninety) days of the legal guarantee, as provided for in art. 26, Il, of the Code of Consumer Protection (Law 8,078, of September 11, 1990); It is,
- 90 (ninety) days of additional warranty, representing an advantage offered by GA.MA Italy.
- The warranty provided for in item 1.1 includes repair and/or replacement of parts with defects in manufacturing, assembly or any quality damage that renders the product unsuitable for regular use and for the purposes for which it is intended;
- To prove the deadlines set out in items a) and b), item 1.1), the consumer must present this guarantee certificate, duly completed, and the purchase invoice or tax document that is subject to identifying the product acquired, as well as the date of its acquisition. Therefore, the establishment requires a commercial dealer, the correct completion of this warranty certificate; Conform provided for (Art. 74, CDC).
Exclusion of Warranty
- The guarantee granted by this certificate will not cover, therefore, liens and exclusive responsibility of the consumer, the following:
- Damage suffered by the product, or its accessories and components, resulting from accidents, poor packaging, mistreatment, incorrect handling or use and/or unsuitable or, even, use for different purposes specified by the manufacturer and/or importer or even incompatible with the product’s destination:
- Allow falls onto rigid surfaces;
- Connect the device to an electrical voltage other than that indicated.
- Natural wear of components due to use:
- Machine blade; • Dryer coal; • Dryer front and rear bushing.
- When the product shows signs of tampering, intervention or attempted repairs by a person or company not authorized by the manufacturer/importer and shipping consignment:
- Open the device; • Use non-original parts; • Allow repairs at gas stations unauthorized.
- It is not our responsibility:
- Freight for sending and receiving the product;
- Reimbursement for inspections involving maintenance due to wear and tear and cleaning.
GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE
Conditions for the Guarantee to be exercised
- During the 6-month warranty period, if the product is found to be defective, the respective repairs and/or replacement of the product, parts thereof, will be carried out by authorized technical assistance, duly appointed by the manufacturer/importer;
- If the product is defective and is repaired 3 times or if exceeds 30 (thirty) days at the authorized post, as provided for in art. 18 of the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078, of September 11, 1,990), will indicate precisely the exchange of the same, through an analysis and request for the exchange of authorized technical assistance, as long as it is not is conditioned on the parameters shown in the item II.
Recommendations
- Make sure that the electrical voltage to be used is the same as that indicated in the device and that the electrical installation in the location is correct and perfect.
- Do not introduce any foreign objects – the function of the device, especially when it is in operation, avoiding accidents”.
- Never use the device in water and/or other liquids except when its use under these conditions is permitted by the manufacturer/importer (see instruction manual and packaging).
- To avoid damage, clean the device regularly. Correctly follow the instructions in the instruction manual.
