PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Maxwatt range of generators has been manufactured using only high-quality components and is designed to last in the toughest conditions.
The MX7000ES features a powerful, economical, quality 389cc 4 stroke air cooled engine, a superior alternator with built-in Pure Sine Wave technology (THD<5%), its perfect for powering tools, domestic appliances as well as sensitive electronics as it offers high efficiency, stable voltage, and increased output.
This generator produces 5000 watts of continuous power, and 5500 watts of maximum power at approximately 82db, which means that you will be able to power more electrical equipment and is the perfect power solution for the job site, campsite, or if you are just using it for backup power at home or office.
This easy-to-start generator boasts a huge 40-litre long-range fuel tank that provides up to 17.5 hours of run time at 50% load or 14 hours at 100% load. This generator is electric start and is fitted with a 12-volt maintenance-free lithium-ion battery, easy to-start recoil pull-start mechanism, never-run flat heavy-duty wheels, and a U-shaped handle for easy transportation. It is equipped with 2 x 15 Amp 240 Volt IP66 socket outlets and an RCD safety switch which enables you to safely run two appliances at once and still have the 12 Volt charging capabilities.

QUICK START GUIDE
ADD OIL: 1.1 Liter SAE 1 OW-30
Place the unit on a flat surface. Open the front If access the panel and remove the dipstick. With the funnel supplied add 1.1 Liter SAE 1 0W-30
ADD FUEL
Fill the fuel tank with clean 95 unleaded petrol. Note that the fuel tank
capacity is 40 Liters.
STARTING THE GENERATOR
- Ensure that the generator is placed in a well-ventilated area.
- Ensure that there are no electrical appliances plugged into the generator.
- Turn the Fuel Switch to the “ON” position.
PUSH BUTTON START
- Press the Battery Switch (Red Switch) to the “ON” position.
- Press & hold the Start Button for 4 seconds and wait for the generator to start.
- Once the generator is running smoothly you can then connect the appliances.
CAUTION:
-
1. BE CAREFUL TO NOT OVERLOAD the generator. - DO NOT PLUG THE GENERATOR DIRECTLY INTO A WALL SOCKET.
Remote Start
- Press the Battery Switch (Red Switch) to the “ON” position.
- Press the “Start” Button on the Remote.
To Stop
- Turn the Fuel Switch to the “OFF” position.
- Turn “OFF” the Switch (Red Switch).
- Press the Push – Button to Start.
- Hold down the Remote “STOP” button for 3 seconds.
- Disconnect the appliances from the generator.
CAUTION! If the BATTERY SWITCH (RED SWITCH) is left in the “ON” when the generator is turned off, the Battery WILL run flat!

DANGER
- Risk of fire. Check for any fuel overflow or leakage. Stop the engine before refueling.
- The generator is a potential source of electric shock. Do not expose to moisture, rain, or snow. Do not operate with wet hands or feet.
- Failure to properly ground a generator can result in electrocution, especially if the generator is equipped with a wheel kit.
- The exhaust contains poisonous carbon monoxide gas that can cause unconsciousness or DEATH. Operate in well-ventilated, outdoor areas away from open windows or doors.
- You could be killed or seriously hurt if you do not follow the Operator’s Manual instructions.
- Do not be exposed to rain or use in damp locations.
- USING A GENERATOR INDOORS CAN KILL YOU IN MINUTES. GENERATOR EXHAUST CONTAINS CARBON MONOXIDE. THIS IS A POISON YOU CANNOT SEE OR SMELL.
- NEVER USE IT INSIDE A HOME OR GARAGE, EVEN IF THE DOOR AND WINDOWS ARE OPEN.
- ONLY USE OUTSIDE AND FAR AWAY FROM WINDOWS, DOORS, AND VENTS.
STOP
CAUTION! Your machine has been shipped without engine oil. DO NOT add fuel or start the engine before adding oil. See the owner’s manual for instructions.
