IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical products, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

  • Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid.
  • Do not reach for a product that has fallen into the water. Unplug immediately.

  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  • Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
  • Oral irrigators shall be used only with cold or warm water, or specific solutions as defined in the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Children shall not play with the appliance.
  • It must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the marking on the appliance.
  • The product contains non-replaceable batteries.
  • Do not plug this device into a voltage system that is different from the voltage system specified on the device or charger.
  • If the product is opened/disassembled for ANY reason, the warranty is VOID.
  • Never operate this product if it has a damaged cord or plug if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water.
  • Return the product to a service center for examination and repair.
  • Do not direct water under the tongue, into the ear, nose, or other delicate areas. This product is capable of producing pressures that may cause serious damage in these areas.
  • Do not direct water into the nose or ear. The potentially deadly Bacteria may be present in some tap water or unchlorinated well water and may be fatal if directed into these areas.
  • A product should never be left unattended when plugged in.
  • Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual.
  • Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Use this product only as indicated in these instructions or as recommended by your dental professional.
  • The appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing the battery;
  • The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped;
  • The battery is to be disposed of safely.
  • Only use tips and accessories that are recommended by MySmile
  • Do not drop or insert any foreign object into any opening on the product.
  • Keep the charging unit and cord away from heated surfaces.
  • Do not use this product outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
  • Do not use iodine, saline (salt solution), or water-insoluble concentrated essential oils in this product. Use of these can reduce product performance and shorten the life of the product. Use of these products may void the warranty.
  • Fill the reservoir with water or other dental professional-recommended solution only.
  • Remove any oral jewelry before the use of this product.
  • Do not use it if you have an open wound on your tongue or in your mouth.
  • If your physician advised you to receive antibiotic premedication before dental procedures, you should consult your dentist before using this instrument or any other oral hygiene aid.
  • Magnetic field: Pacemakers and similar implanted medical devices may be affected by magnets.
  • Never block the air openings of the product or place it on a soft surface, such as a bed or couch, where the air openings may be blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
  • Never use it while sleeping or drowsy.
  • Never drop or insert any object into any opening or hose.
  • Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
  • Unplug this product before filling it. Fill (reservoir) with water only unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. Do not overfill (or specify filling instructions).

Getting Started

  • Charge the unit before first use Important! Before using it for the first time, please fully charge the device. During charging, the product CAN NOT be used.
  • When connected to the power supply, the display is on for 5s and then off. The device shuts off while charging. Once fully charged, it displays 100%
  • Lift the flip top on reserve and fill the reservoir with lukewarm water.
  • Note: Please ensure the device is switched off before filling the reservoir.
  • Only water close to metal probes, will water temperature and quality be displayed.

Insert and remove tips

  • Insert the tip into the center of the knob until the tip clicks into place
  • To remove the tip, press the tip eject button.

Pressure setting

  • Adjust the pressure setting by pressing the mode button lightly. Start with the lowest setting and increase to your liking.

How to turn it off

  • Tute on to the time it while satirically after 2 minutes or press On/Off
  • When manually turn off the machine, the display will be off after 3 seconds.
  • 2min. auto timer

Usage Instructions

  • This product has a memory function, the mode remains the same setting as last usage when switched on again.
  • 3 steps to start running: Press the power button to turn the unit on, then adjust the pressure setting, and finally press the power button again to start running.
  • When the battery symbol is flashing, means it is in low battery, pls charge it on time.
  • When charging in the first 5 seconds, there is battery symbol lighting and digital proportional display.
  • After 5 seconds the screen will be in eye-protection mode and then show 100% when fully charged.
  • This product can NOT be used during charging
  • The water tank is detachable by reversely pushing it with two hands. It may take a bit of force to remove it for the first time.
  • If you are using it for the first time, it’s recommended to select the lowest mode by pressing the mode button, and then turn it on.

Recommended Techniques

  • Direct the jet stream at a 90° angle to your gumline.
  • Close lips a little to avoid splashing but allow water to flow freely from mouth into the sink. For the best result, start in the molar area (back teeth) working toward the front teeth.
  • Move the jet tip along the gumline and pause briefly between teeth.
  • Continue until all areas around and between the teeth have been cleaned.

Disassembly Example

After usage

  • Please switch off the power, as well as empty the water tank.

Disassemble the water tank or store the nozzle tips

  • Using both hands as indicated in
  • Diagram 2,3 – use your left hand to hold the product body, and your right hand to hold the water tank. At the same time rotate downwards in a counter-clockwise direction, then pull the water tank down to disassemble it.

Storage for nozzle tips

  • The water tank can store nozzle tips.
  • When using, disassemble the water tank and take out the nozzle tip, install it into the center of the knob
  • After using, take the nozzle tip off and put it into the tank. pls, check the diagram 4.

Battery Maintenance And Handling

Battery Maintenance

  • For first usage, the device must be fully charged, for approximately 5 hours.
  • If the device will be stored for a long time, please fully charge it in advance.
  • To extend battery lifespan, please recharge in time when power is insufficient.

Battery Disposal

  • The device includes a lithium battery which cannot be changed. To preserve the environment, do not throw away the appliance with the normal household waste at the end of its life, but handle it at an official collection point for recycling.

Gentle Reminder

  1. At the initial use, please select “soft mode” to avoid the gums bleeding due to the lack of adaption. Things should be improved after consistent usage for two weeks.
    • If bleeding excesses or continues after two weeks, it can be considered chronic gum inflammation, professional dental treatment is recommended.
  2. It’s not recommended for children under 8 years old.
  3. Ask a dentist before use if you wear dental implants, have oral ulcers, or suffer open oral sores.
  4. Keep the water tank empty while charging.
  5. Ensure the unit is taken a full charge (approx. 6 hours) before the first use.
  6. Always place the tip in your mouth before pressing the ON/OFF button to start flossing.
