WARNING
-
The helmet does not ensure absolute safety in case of an accident.
Before using the helmet, please check that the related accessories are in good condition and right position. -
For your maximum safety, the helmet should always be fitted well and the restraint system must be properly tightened.
With the restraint properly in place, the odds are low that the helmet would be removed from the head in case of an accident. The belt must be positioned under the chin and tightened to remain in place throughout its use.
The law requires that the helmet is always tight. -
DO not stick anything on the helmet that is not designed and constructed to be so. Do not drill holes or cuts in the cap. Do not modify the helmet in any way or its components as it thereby weakens the structure and threatens to undermine its ability to protect. For the same reason, do not repaint the helmet, not paste stickeß, and do not use abrasive cleaners and other solvents.
-
The helmet is designed to absorb the impact, though the helmet may suffer panel destruction upon impact.
-
The inner liner and cap are vital to the performance protective helmet.
-
The helmet tends to age with time and use: We recommend replacing your helmet when it shows obvious signs of deterioration to its components, cracks, rust, the product is not comfortable, or poor condition of the components. In any case, we advise that the effectiveness of a helmet is up to 5 years after purchase.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE HELMET
- The helmet must be treated and handled with care to maintain the integrity of the security functions. To clean the shell and liner of the helmet, use a product specifically for the purpose. If you have no such products, you can use a soft cloth moistened with mild soap and warm water. For interior non-removable internals and internal EPS, a soft cloth moistened with mild soap and warm water is also acceptable. To rinse, use a soft damp cloth.
- The removable interior can be washed by hand or machine wash in warm water(max.350) and mild soap. The internal parts must always be left to dry in the open air without being exposed to heat.
- Before using the helmet again after cleaning, make sure all parts are completely dry to avoid unpleasant odors or mold.
- Never use gasoline, benzene or other type of chemical solvent products because they can damage the operation and structure of some components of the helmet and weaken the protective functions.
- For the same reason, we advise you not to repaint the helmet, since the solvents present in paints can damage the materials that make up the helmet.
- Do not modify in any way the holes or cuts in the shell, pressing the internal EPS, focusing restraint systems or internal parts) as it will cause the structure to weaken and threatens to undermine the protective capabilities. If necessary you should replace a component.
- Use original parts ILM, directing your dealer.
- Avoid any behaviors or uses of helmet that can hurt performance:
- Do not put the helmet on the pedestals of mirrors or banks to avoid damaging the liner to even falling.
- Do not sit on the helmet in places such as reservoirs and the seat of the bike, where it can easily fall and be damaged. For the same reason, keep the helmet out of the reach of children and animals as it can also lead to damage.
- Do not remove at all structural parts of the helmet, such as the icecap internal belt, and accessories.
- Do not expose the helmet to intense sunlight.

Troubleshooting
Bluetooth Connectivity Issues:
- Ensure Compatibility: Verify that your Bluetooth device (e.g., smartphone, GPS, intercom) is compatible with the helmet’s Bluetooth system and supports the same Bluetooth profiles (e.g., HFP, A2DP, AVRCP).
- Pairing Process: Follow the pairing instructions provided in the helmet’s user manual carefully. Ensure both the helmet and your device are in pairing mode and within the required range.
- Reset Bluetooth: If you encounter persistent connectivity problems, try resetting the Bluetooth system on both the helmet and your device. This may involve clearing paired devices from the helmet and repairing them.
Poor Audio Quality or Volume:
- Volume Adjustment: Ensure that the helmet’s volume is set to an appropriate level. Adjust the volume as needed using the helmet’s controls.
- Mic and Speaker Placement: Verify that the helmet’s microphone and speakers are correctly positioned. Ensure that no obstructions are blocking the sound or microphone input.
- Reduce Background Noise: Motorcycle helmets can be noisy environments. Reducing background noise, such as wind or engine noise, can improve audio clarity.
Battery Issues:
- Charging: Make sure the helmet’s battery is fully charged before your ride. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations for charging times and methods.
- Battery Life: If you experience shorter battery life than expected, consider reducing unnecessary Bluetooth features like constant music playback or intercom use, as these can drain the battery more quickly.
- Replace Battery: If the battery performance degrades significantly over time, contact the manufacturer’s customer support for guidance on battery replacement options.
Intercom Problems:
- Intercom Pairing: Ensure that both helmets in an intercom conversation are correctly paired and within the specified intercom range. Check the user manual for intercom pairing instructions.
- Interference: Interference from other electronic devices or strong radio signals can disrupt intercom communication. Try changing your intercom frequency or moving away from potential sources of interference.
Microphone Issues:
- Microphone Placement: Ensure that the helmet’s microphone is correctly positioned in front of your mouth and not obstructed by clothing or other items.
- Microphone Sensitivity: Adjust the microphone sensitivity settings on your helmet if available to optimize voice clarity.
Software or Firmware Updates:
- Check if there are any available software or firmware updates for your helmet’s Bluetooth system. Manufacturers may release updates to address connectivity or performance issues. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for updating the helmet’s software.
Factory Reset: If you’ve tried various troubleshooting steps and the issues persist, consider performing a factory reset on the helmet’s Bluetooth system. This will restore the helmet to its default settings. Be sure to back up any important data before performing a factory reset.
