Product Usage Instructions

• Power On/Off
  • To power on the GoSurround 350, slide the button to the right to the ON position. To power off, slide the button to the left to the OFF position.
• Music Play/Pause
  • To play or pause music, short press the button once.
• Answer/End Call
  • To answer or end a call, short-press the button once.
• Reject Call
  • To reject an incoming call, long press the button.
• Next Song
  • To play the next song, short press the + button once.
• Previous Song
  • To play the previous song, short press the – button once.
• Volume Up
  • To increase the volume, press the + button once.
• Volume Down
  • To decrease the volume, press the – button once.
  • Mode Change Key: Power Saving Mode
  • To switch between BT/USB/TF modes, short-press the M button.
• TWS Function
  • You can connect 2 GoSurround 350 soundbars at the same time to enhance your audio experience.
  • Make sure both soundbars are in proximity and Bluetooth mode.
  • Long press the Play button on the main soundbar until you hear a beep sound. This indicates that the 2 soundbars are connected in TWS mode.
• Led Light
  • To turn off the RGB lights or switch to green light, short press or long press the button while in BT mode.
  • Note: The GoSurround 350 can also be used while it is being charged.
• FAQ
  • Why do I hear a ‘pop’ noise between songs?
  • Some terminal music players do not have an automatic switching play function, which can result in a ‘pop’ noise between songs.
  • I am unable to connect wirelessly to my mobile device. What should I do?
  • If you are unable to connect wirelessly to your mobile device, try removing the speaker from your mobile device’s list of saved devices and try again.

TWS FUNCTION

• Connect 2 GoSurround 350 at the same time to level up your party game.
• Make sure that both your soundbars are in proximity add in Bluetooth mode.
• Long press the Play button on the main soundbar till you hear the beep sound.
• Then your 2 soundbars are connected in TWS mode.

TROUBLESHOOTING

• Some terminal music players do not have an automatic switching play function, which may result in a ‘pop’ noise between songs.
• If you are unable to connect wirelessly to your mobile device, try removing the Speaker from your mobile device’s list of saved devices.
