Steps for usage

  1. Install the guide plate to the host, the guide plate screw hole is flush with the first screw post.

    Notice:
    When installing the guide plate, make sure that the adjusting block gets stuck into the positioning adjusting hole at the end of the guide plate! How to remove guide plate, loosen compression button, remove the side cover, after remove the side cover as picture, remove the guide carefully.

  2. Install the chain, First load the chain into the guide plate, and the middle guide tooth just sticks into the guide plate guide slot.

    Notice:
    The chain blade should be forward. The charging chainsaw has a device to adjust the tensioning of the chain.

  3. Turn the knob on the guide plate cover to align the guide plate adjusting screw column boss with the first screw hole

  4. Align the convex points of the adjusting screws on the guide plate cover with the guide plate holes to install the guide plate cover.

  5. Turn the knob on the guide plate cover clockwise, pull the chain down when you turn the knob, and it can rebound quickly when you loosen the chain.

  6. Use a socket wrench to tighten the outer hexagonal nut, and then screw the screw into the hole of the guide plate cover.

  7. Unscrew the oiler lid, pour the lubricating oil into the oiler, and tighten the oiler lid (the product does not provide lubricating oil).

Operating Instructions

  1. Please wear suitable clothing and work gloves when using this mini chainsaw.
  2. Before each use, make sure the belt is running normally, start/off switch and safety switch must be available for normal use When loosening the start switch the power must be turned off. If the switch is damaged, stop using the device Make sure the voltage of the power supply is consistent with the voltage on  the nameplate, The risk of injury can be reduced by wearing protective devices and ensuring that the devices are functioning properly.
  3. Confirm the frequency of the operation to ensure that the operation is in the best condition.
  4. In order to save the battery and ensure the best service life of the electric chain saw, don’t let the machine overload and cut dry and wet branches with a diameter of more than 130mm.
  5. When cutting the knife edge mode to stop the operation, turn off the power switch and splash down the battery box.
  6. When the device is running, stay your other hand is at least 15cm away from the cutting area of the blade, and the hand must not be put into the knife edge.
  7. Do not use this equipment to force the bigger branches, otherwise it may make the blade deform and make the pruning stick,
  8. In cold or humid weather, to protect the battery pack, put it under waterproof clothing, do not use this equipment in rainy days.

Charing the battery

  1. Do not expose the battery to extreme conditions such as high temperature or shock. Otherwise, it will cause personal injury due to the leakage of the electrolytic solution.
  2. Before charging, check that the surface of the battery is clean and dry.
  3. Before delivery, the battery of this product is not fully charged. Therefore, before the first use, it must be sufficient electricity.

Battery protection

Maintenance

  1. To ensure safe use, only original parts can be used.
  2. Please close the equipment before starting the chainsaw repair. And store the battery in a safe package.
  3. Wear hand care when touching safety blades. This can avoid sharp blade scratching the user. Follow-up cleaning and maintenance must be carried out regularly. This ensures long-term and reliable operation of the equipment.

Clearness

  1. Do not spray the equipment with water or break it into the water, otherwise, it may cause electric shock. Keep the ventilator, motor room and equipment handle clean. Use a damp cloth or brush cleaner.
  2. Do not use a bay cleaner. Otherwise, it may cause permanent saka failure of the equipment. Please clean the blade carefully after each use.
  3. Use oily cloth to wipe the blade and absorb the metal to protect the fog.
  4. After 8 hours of continuous operation, please remove the debris such as dust from the front turbulent cover plate of the equipment.
  5. Use the sharpener to sharpen the chain.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Why didn’t the chainsaw turn on?
    Please charge the battery immediately when you receive the product, so as to avoid the consumption of battery power due to long-distance transportation. If you encounter that the product cannot be turned on, please charge the product for 1-2 hours before turning it on.

  2. Can you cut screws and metal with this?
    Correct tool to cut metal is a ‘Grinder’ with correct blade, not a Chainsaw. You could severely hurt yourself using a chainsaw on metal.

  3. Why does the chain pops off?
    Adjust the chain tension.

  4. Does the on off button have to pressed in at all times to operate the saw?
    Yes, there is an on button that must be pressed while operating the chainsaw.

  5. How do I remove battery?
    Depress red button and slide it forward the opposite way of how you slide it on.
