Shelltec 3411147 Recycled Corrugated Panels Shelltec mounting with screw

  • Standard roof slope 10° = 17.6% (minimum roof slope 7° =12.3%)

  • the max. 56 cm with average snow and wind loads. Accordingly reduce in high load areas!
    -Distance 56 cm up to 90 kg/m² snow load
    -Slat spacing 46 cm up to 200 kg/m² snow load
    -Slat spacing 31 cm up to 350 kg/m² snow load

  • Only a conical drill, a guide, possibly a saw, cordless screwdriver and screws with sealing caps are required use a weight-distributing gangway

  • Construction against the prevailing wind direction, from the eaves to the ridge

  •  To avoid corner cuts or quadruple overlaps, the panels are laid staggered. Start the first row with a whole sheet and the second with a halved sheet.

  • Pre-drill panels with a twist drill, drill diameter 10 mm

  • Side overlap one wave, and with low roof slopes and/or high loads 2 waves

  • Longitudinal overlap of at least 15 cm, and with low roof slopes and/or high ones loads at least 20 cm

  • Maximum panel overhang in the roof edge 5 cm

  • Screw on every 3rd wave crest, and in the overlap and edge area on each wave!
    NOTE: The welling must not be crushed. Only screw/nail tight enough that the sealing cap fits properly.

  • First screw the first and last wave top, then the intermediate fasteners.

  •  approx. 13-15 Fixings/m²

  •  Install moldings.

  •  Manufacturer’s warranty only when using original Gutta accessories.
