Charging method
The battery can be charged within the temperature range of O’C to 40°C, but we recommend charging within the temperature range of 7 0°C to 30°C to ensure optimal battery performance
Discharging method

Note

Under low temperature conditions, the internal resistance of the battery may increase, and there could be an automatic shutdown of the device when the load is heavy
The battery can discharge within a temperature range of -20’C to 5o•C. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use the battery within a temperature range of -10•C to 40’C 3. When the battery current or temperature becomes abnormal, the battery will automatically performance, it is recommended to use the battery within a temperature range of -10 •C to 40’C
When the battery current or temperature becomes abnormal, the battery will automatically protect and shut off the output. Please remove the battery and leave it for about 60 seconds, then it will automatically recover. If the battery becomes overheated, please leave it in a cool place for several minutes to cool down before it can automatically recover. If the battery protection is activated due to low voltage after discharge, please charge the battery in a timely manner, and it will immediately return to normal. If the battery becomes overcharged due to issues with the charger or other reasons, please discharge it to lower the voltage and restore normal function.

Do not use batteries in places with fire or heat to prevent overheating, cracking, and other hazards
Do not squeeze the housing of the battery which may cause physical impact
Do not puncture the battery shell or attempt to open or disassemble the battery.
Confirm the power of the electrical appliance to meet the battery specifications.
Do not use the battery outside the ambient temperature range for charging, discharging, and storage
Do not charge the battery in a car or in a place where it is exposed to direct sunlight
Use the FJDynamics charger or the recommended charger by FJDynamics to prevent overheating, cracking, and other hazards.
Do not attempt to use damaged batteries. Please place them out of reach of children.

Q1: can I charge the product while it is connected to the load?
A1: The battery can be charged and discharged simultaneously
Q2: How should I store the product if it is not used for a long time?
A2: Ensure that the battery is at around 50% capacity and store it in a room temperature environment of around 25″C. During storage, charge and discharge the battery once every two months to ensure that the battery capacity remains at about 50% before storing it again. Do not store the battery for a long time after the battery has been fully discharged.
Q3: can I bring this product on an airplane?
A3: The battery capacity of this product is lower than the lower limit of the safe flight
regulations and can be transported byair.
Q4: Will the battery heat up during charging or discharging?
A4: The battery will become warm during charging and use, which is normal. Do not use the battery in high-temperature environments above 60″C
Q5: Is it normal for the battery to lose capacity after it is fully charged and not immediately used after a period of storage?
A5: The battery itself has power loss, and as time goes on, the power loss will accumulate. Please use the battery as soon as possible after it is fully charged

The battery is charged with a non-FJD charger or an un-recommended charger, resulting in differences in battery performance parameters, failure to charge, and an incomplete charge.
Due to the characteristics of lithium batteries, the total capacity gradually decreases with increasing charge/discharge cycles, which is a normal phenomenon
If the battery is stored for more than 6 months without being charged, irreversible capacity loss may occur due to low battery power.
Damage caused by force majeure factors (such as earthquakes, fires, lightning, etc.) or human behavior.
Other issues unrelated to the product’s design, process, or manufacturing quality.
