How to install
- Clean the mounting surface.
- If thermal grease is available ,Spread it evenly.
- Use M3 screws it on.
- Connect the 250# female terminal wire or Solder wire connection.
Installation Precautions
- Before installing this part, unplug the household appliances， Cut off the power completely.
- Take a picture first before removing any parts, so you know how to restore everything at the end.
- The thermal switch is a series circuit, not parallel, installation must refer to the original product circuit design.
- Do not collapse, loosen or deform the top of cover surface during installation to avoid affecting performance.
- When locking the screw hole, both sides should be fixed at the same time and then locked. Can avoid the bracket on one side, resulting in deformation of the aluminum cover.
- For the sake of safety, the connecting wire terminal shall be insulated and closed.
- Do not allow liquid to penetrate into the interior of the thermostat or crack the housing.
- The thermostat should be stored in a warehouse with RH less than 90% and ambient temperature less than 40 ℃, which is ventilated, clean, dry.
