Assembly:

1. Check that all the required items are included in the
   package.

2. Using the provided screws, assemble the different components of
   the BenchK PB3 according to the instructions below:

   • Connect the backrest to the seat using two M10 x 70
     screws.

   • Attach the armrests to the seat using four M10 x 90
     screws.

   • Secure the legs to the seat using four M10 screws.

Usage:

To use the BenchK PB3, follow these steps:

1. Place the bench on a flat and stable surface.

2. Sit on the seat with your back against the backrest.

3. Adjust the position of the armrests according to your
   preference.

4. Ensure that your feet are firmly planted on the ground for
   stability.

5. Use the bench for various exercises such as weightlifting,
   dumbbell exercises, or for support during workouts.

Avoid strenuous exercise.
