Q: Why can't I connect to the APP?
A: In order to ensure your normal use of the functions of this APP, please agree to the permission to use this APP. When connecting to the APP, the mobile phone system may prompt that there is no network connection, but it does not mean that the connection fails; please click the APP to connect the device.
Q: Why is SD card not recognized?
A: When a new memory card is used for the first time, the machine will prompt you to format the memory card by long pressing the camera button, then just follow the prompts. Only a small number of memory cards can be used directly without formatting. (You’ll need an SD card that’s capable of meeting the high-performance demands of EP8. Use a brand-name card that fits these requirement: microSD, microSDHC, or microSDXC. Rated UHS-3 or higher. Capacity up to 256GB)
Q: Why can't I connect to WiFi?
A: Please contact our after-sales customer service and provide the SN number on the bottom label of the machine you purchased, so that we can confirm your product and provide further solutions.
Q: How to reset it?
A: The reset button is located under the HD cover, there is an R letter, poke it with a needle.
Q: Why the picture quality from the camera looks blurry?
A: When recording in 4K, the picture quality will be compressed when the machine previews the picture, download and save it to a mobile phone or connect to a computer or 4K HDTV to restore the real picture quality.
